Please keep in mind that when I give a review it is based upon my experience at that particular visit. Harbor Freight is one of my favorite places. This visit the store was very busy and only one cashier was available. There were other employees there but nobody assisted which was a shame given the number of customers that were in line. They left the one cashier floundering. Hopefully the word gets back to management and the situation gets corrected.

I went to Harbor Freight and opened a new credit card account. The girl at the registered was very nice and I bought two tool boxes. One is pre-order because of the size. I understand. I went and had them help load it in the back of my jeep rack. Took it home and love it . Just waiting for the other box that fit nicely in my garage. I alway enjoy Hemet Harbor freight.

I went to Harbor Freight last week and Rebecca would only answer questions to male customers. I was told to get in the extremely long line to ask my question about where a product was located. If I had not been in need of the items that I already had I would have left them and left the store. Interesting that the others in line with me (mostly male) also noticed her demeanor and her desire to answer the questions of the men but not my quick question. Her male co worker apologized for her behavior, which was very nice however after waiting in a 20 minute line it did not make me feel much better. I will probably go back if I need something from there, but I will definitely see if she is on the register prior to shopping.

Man I love this place! Brings back my inner ToysRus kid out and feel like at any time I can run down the isles and load up a shopping cart on a surprise shopping spree because lets be honest, if you passed on all of the big heavy stuff on display and just stuck to the packaged stuff on the walls, you could load up a shopping cart and check out for under $200. In the grand scheme of retail therapy, this hits it out the park cause not only do you have so many packages & boxes of new toys to open up, you can also get busy on that projects list you keep procrastinating on of things to fix, upgrade, or just plain MacGuyver some serious man card bonus points. The misses will probably even cash in that ticket to pound town that you gave her last Valentines Day after she remembers how useful you are when your not spending your Sunday with your boys watching the marathon sesh of NFL Sunday ticket while expecting her to run trays of beers back & forth from the kitchen like shes back waiting tables at Chilis again back when she was in college. Morel of the story is, go crazy spoiling yourself on bottom shelf made in China goodies from harbor freight, knockout the list of things to fix around the house (Pro tip: If you are completely allergic to tools & your idea of working up a sweat repairing something involves you running down the handyman ads in your area from a Google search then fake it till you make it and send your better half on a spa day package to hide the fact that the 1st tool you go for in any repair job is a hammer, and hire whichever handyman agrees to come work on your pad instead of enjoying their one day off a week and watching football themselves. Dont you go getting cold feet when instead of giving you a cost per hour, they say you are going to be paying at least triple time because lets face it you are worth it and if you decided the break out the ole trusty rusty hammer to hang those floor to ceiling length mirrors that she has been begging you to hang in your weight room, leave it to the pros and I mean that in you are literally safe choosing ANYBODY other than you to complete that job, and reap those rewards tonight when your woman has you all alone and wants to show you what she had waxed at her spa day sesh today. Always kind find just about anything at a reasonable price, but the line is always too long with only one register open. Still would recommend going, just make sure you have some spare time before you do just in case

It is Harbor Freight. You should know what to expect. Great for specialty tools that you rarely use (best return on the dollar). Overall, not bad...

They are limiting people to enter the store. Stupid. You might as go somewhere else and pay a little more instead of waiting a ridiculous long line to enter the store.

I like Harbor Freight Tools because I can purchase inexpensive tools for my projects. I dont have a lot of money, this is a great place to buy tools.

The only reason I go to harbor freight is to get a one-off tool or something cheap like that but I really dont like their customer service they always asking for your information at checkout which I dont care to have to give all the time and the aisles are very cramp and tight especially during covid-19 especially having to be so close to people all the time in that store when it comes time to check out at the register people have to form their own lines to check out and sometimes it becomes very confusing I dont care for that

Been to HF all over, and I always come out of there with a solution to one of lifes problems that you come across.

Not always the best quality so if its something you will plan on using for many years maybe buy higher quality. Prices are good on sale items. Regular prices can be almost the same as big box home stores.

I had 2 Water pumps literally die 2 months after warranty. Poor construction. Cordless drill lasted me 3 months. Buy name brands. Youll save in the long run. LETS ALL NOT SUPPORT CHINA JUNK

False advertisement. Wanted to make a large purchase, since they are offering an additional 10% off if you apply for the new harbor freight credit card. I applied got approved except the 10% was not available to me upon check out. What a scam. No explanation I guess is some type of computer glitch. I returned the items and closed the credit card account since the interest rate is extremly high. I was told that I was not the only one with the same exact problem.

Good prices. Have all the tools you need. Place is CROWDED all the time. Cashiers hustle but building is too small. Yes Ill be coming back.

I will have to say for Harbor Freight or totally awesome the staff there are awesome. They always try to help you the best that they can know the reason why I gave them four stars when they do get very very busy is hard to get help either than that four stars is better than no Stars. And again their staff is just amazing they really do help..

Store does not have enough personel to help customers with equipment, they have it in stock in warehouse but apparently only two people working sometimes. So if you want to buy some tools and they dont have it on the shelf but have in warehouse, good luck cuss you are not getting anything.

While you will not be able to socially distance here, the staff are very nice and work to get you out the door quickly. You can also enter and exit from the back street making it easy to park as well.

Always crowded but they keep their stuff in stock. They used to give freebies with coupons but it appears corporate is phasing that out. Still, good deals can be found if you know what you are looking for and do a little bit if research. The back access gate to the parking lot from Valley view Drive is sometimes closed, but I dont think that falls under the purview of HF. Just a FYI though.

I love this place specially added to the store. My old Jack broke and I upgraded to one of the Daytona I am so excited. I had a warranty that they honored and I traded in my old Pittsburgh and paid the difference. I now own the best floor jack in the country! I got the long reach low profile with the foot pedal orange jack... and yes its has better features than the yellow one!

Low rating due to the companies delivery crew. Should be a ZERO. They put stuff in the wrong aisles, & on the wrong shelves. Making it hard for us customers and the employees to find the products needed, that are on sale or just regular stock items.The corporate office should make the delivery drivers more accountable for their constant screw-ups.They cause twice the work for the employees of this location. Probably other locations too. Sad...Staff is 5 STAR all day long. I wish Google would let me rate different areas of the business.

Also, there are (finally - I used to work there..there wasnt then) enough employees on the floor and at the registers...awesome upgrades and improvements over the years! Keep up the good work! This location is a bit monumental for me, lol. It is the place that turned my life around. GREAT place to work! I loved every minute of it!

Went to exchange a tool set that had a lifetime warranty and was told by a Supervisor that I could not do it without a receipt. Call the Customer service number I found online and online told me that wasnt true so the story actually tries to you Not do the right thing.
