Reynolds electric heating and air was called out to trouble shoot a walk in cooler not workingFound a bad compressor gave owner a diagnostic invoice and a quote to repairThe diagnostic fee was $170.00Owner refused to pay wanted troubleshooting for freeThis company makes 500,000 annually at each store and they cant pay my family owned buisness for the work that was requestedI will not work or do buisness for these people ever againIf your a contractor do not do work here they will not payIf your just stopping by to shop I would think twice you might not be getting what you pay for
