Im new in town. First time in my life I locked myself out. I was unable to get any service for the same day, it was close to 5:00pm. I went ahead and had Valley Glass come the following morning. I was/am so pleased with the service. The gentleman who came out was the best. He took the broken window, oh yeah, I broke a window to get back in, and showed me how to put it back in when it was fixed. To fit both of our schedules, I agreed to pick up the window later that day and then put the window back in myself. I think I may saved a few $$ doing it this way too which is always good!

Poor customer service, the lady is not nice and not knowledgeable with what she have. They are slow or careless. It took me 3 phone calls and a visit just to get a quotation for one piece of glass with a frame.

Called and asked very simple questions. Lady answered back as if I was asking the most idiotic questions in the world. Very rude and will not be taking my business to them. I can already see customer service as an issues with this company based on my interactions with them.

Kevin arrived, opened the slider door, used his screwdriver on the bottom and it was fixed! Nice young man no charge for it. Cant tell you how relieved I was when it didnt cost us hundreds of dollars for a new door! Thank you valley glass!

Just ordered 2 ustom dual pane windows. So much easier than the big box know nothing stores. I got what I wanted with no hassle, and they knew what they were talking about! To make it even better, I saved about 30% over the big box store price. Local family owned businesses are the best!

I did my research to get the best service and deal for what i needed done. This place was hands down responsive and price savvy. Workers were friendly, hard working, polite and cleaned up COMPLETELY (to even sweeping my concrete). Will definitely use the for other related jobs.

My rear french door glass was broken. I saw two nice guys from Hemet Valley glass next door doing my neighbors door. I asked for a quote. They came by measures the glass and called back with a reasonable quote. Today they replaced my glass and everything was clean and very professional. I recommend Hemet Glass for repairs and great service.

The lady that answered the phone is so rude. I called to get an estimate and she was just plain rude. I don’t know what kind of service the other workers do but I couldn’t go passed the phone call. Why would they put such a rude person to answer the phone.

Great place to get your glass and mirrors kind of a mom-and-pop type business but they seem to handle big jobs just as well as the smaller ones every time I go and my needs are met and theyre always very friendly they also are very helpful with the hard to get stuff my mobile home has a lot of problems with Windows every time I go in to get one fixed they tell me a little about what I could do to make it better and they always add little things into make my reinstallation go well they even gave me a can of silicone spray to spray the tracks didnt even charge me like I said very nice people very well-run business thats the only place I take my glass or my windows because everything always works out when I get it home! 👍🙂Tracy A.

Nice and quiet place to go and do business.People complain in other reviews about bad customer service. I went in person there to get a piece of glass and the ladies there at front desk are old and kinda of grumpy but once you get to talk to them they are nice. So people dont take it personal, some day we ALL are going to be that age. God bless us all.

Valley glass always comes threw for me when something breaks

The two older ladies that work there are definitely not friendly nor courteous. They now have a younger lady working there, and she is very friendly and has a great disposition.

Very helpful. We have used them so many times to replace missing glass for restoration contracts we have with clients to replace missing glass in cabinets or for bespoke pieces that have been requested, Never had a problem and if necessary they will arrange for the glass to be tempered to make it tougher and break into small cubes. They are our go to guys for glass.

This place can get you cut you anything. Double or single patio sliding doors, clear or frosted shower doors any pattern, glass or plexi-, window panes of any size. If you dont pick it up soon it could get sold to another customer. Service is faster thsn possible. Wait times are short, but its busier than it looks. I remember I was always replacing windows, and never had the sticky stuff calk? And they did not sell it. I had to go to Home Depot to get it. Ive not been there in a long time; things change. We ordered 1 window at a time. They didnt install. Then a couple years ago? My daughters house got vandalized every window broke where ya hadda install it yourself all of a sudden a team appeared and did that for her for free. 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ easy,

I messed up on the size of a glass piece I needed for my tabletop, it was too big and they had to take it back to recut and sand. now Ive been put on the bottom of their priority list even though Ive paid upfront $220 for a square glass 54x54. When I call to check on the status the receptionist is short on the phone and rude. They had the first piece that was too big done and delivered in 24hours, suddenly they are too busy and cant get to my order after 3 days?! Ive apologized for the mistake but I believe they are deliberately stalling. Its unprofessional, orders should be done by the order received. Will not be doing business with them again.

Two workers from valley glass stole jewelry from my home. Management did not investigate the incident and was very rude. Do not use this company for your own safety. Police report number 19-10187. Active police investigation in progress.

They are very expensive I had a mirror that I had owned I brought it into them to have them cut 2 line into it so that I could fit a mirror in my bathroom they wanted to charge me 15 bucks for two lines the work that took them less than 5 minutes to cut. the quality of work was good. I just consider it to be very expensive though. I believe I could have gone to Marshalls or Ross and bought a mirror inside of a frame for $20 anyway very very expensive
