It was good, the scoops are now a little in the small size, but it takes good. Dont so much like the mint and chip anymore and that was my favorite, it is minty anymore and that disappoints me. On this night my husband got the banana Royal and I got the brownie sundae. It was fine, but she hardly put any topping on it. Like one squirt of chocolate and whipped cream. The whipped cream was melted before we walked out the door there was so little. I dont even know where it went from the ice cream place to the car, it was non existence. This is my reason for not giving them a five star.

Very clean and the employee was friendly from greeting me once I entered and even up to the very end when I left. Plenty of flavors to choose from especially on a hot day. Will definitely come back another time...on the many hot days up here.

Its Covid time so it was weird, but, the ice cream was delicious! Chocolate with sprinkles, mint chocolate chip and a root beer float!! Definitely a trip to make you feel normal!

The manager deciding to clean the freezer tub while people waited in line. When I placed an order and the “new” guy messed up, she gave me an attitude. Him being new isn’t my problem. She should have acted like a boss and helped instead of clean during rush hour. Who cleans at 6pm? We waited 26 minutes to get helped. Complete joke.

They serve great ice cream and are always trying out new ways to serve their many flavors of ice cream. The cost is a bit high for our area, but not bad. And the servers are friendly and patient. Making a decision is sometimes time consuming because they have so many choices.

The four eyed guy at the counter left the door unlocked so when I walked in, he said they were closed but had all his friends hanging out inside. he was super rude when he told me he was closed. he also gave me stink eyes. all 4.

I went to this location to order an ice cream cake and another specialty item for a birthday. The doors were locked. Its 12:45pm on a Monday afternoon. I waited for about an hour, but no one showed up. No sign on the door, and the hours werent even posted in the window, yet it shows online that the store is supposed to be open at that time. I called corporate, and after a 34 minute wait, I was finally connected to an associate. She states that all Baskin Robbins are privately franchised and they did not have any reason or notification that this location would be closed. She advised that she would contact the manager and have them call me back. The manager called me back two hours later. She advised that she was going to try and open the store at 5pm (same day), maybe. MAYBE?? This is a business, correct? When I asked if she would be open on next Sunday, when I needed my order, she again said maybe and then asked me if I wanted to order right now. How am I supposed to order and pay without even knowing if Ill receive my order on the day its needed? Absolutely ridiculous. Is this really how you run a business? While I was waiting, I witnessed at least 5 people go to the door, only to discover the shop was closed and no signs were posted. Being the only BR in this town, maybe you should hire some employees to handle the business if you arent able to. Also, from reading the other reviews, it seems as this is not a first for this location. I guess Cold Stone, who is open and dependable, will get my business.

Sundae cups sizes got smaller and ice cream doesnt taste as good as last year.

First they dont even acknowledge you when you walk into the store. Then I waited in line just to find out I cannot use my debit to purchase a gift card. All I had was a $100 bill, which they cannot break. What a waste of time. I like coldstone better anyway. Better icecream, better customer service.

The staff is always sweet and helpful and if you go on the 31st it is $1.50 a scoop. This has now become my 89 year old mother and my new tradition.

So me and my daughter coming there to get some ice cream and the service is excellent the staff is very friendly its very clean but the prices are outrageous and ridiculous and paid $2 for two ice cream and not even double scoop like I would pay $6 for watching Vegas do that alone to pay hours just eat ice cream but it is good its a little to much tart we got the wild berry sherbert

Came in the evening to get an ice cream cake for a party and they had many selections available. Staff was helpful and got us in and out of the store and if you some amount of time

Store says open until 9. Customers are turned away by 8:45 and some employees seem rushed to get out of there. We arrived at 8:45 and they reluctantly served us. A gentleman came in with his children at 8:50 and was turned away.If your hours are till 9, you should be expected to serve until that time.
