Just want to say thank you to the lady who guided me when I had my covid test drive thru. She was so nice and told me Ill have my result in 3 to 5 days. But I got my result after 2 days... Thank you very much ❤️

I have a household of 8 adults and I’m here almost every single day picking up prescriptions for them. The staff in the pharmacy is awesome(Jackie, Sara,Christina, and Clara) They are all so friendly and helpful! Best staff by FAR!!! I highly recommend this location to everyone 😃

Had my prescription order for 3 days and when i went to pick up they didnt have it ready. Horrible..

The ice cream person Reuben was very rude and did not show good customer service at all. The store was poorly stocked. There was a long line and it took 20 minutes before someone else came to help.

I went to drive thru pharmacy today, April 7th, 2020 to pick up my medication, her name is Clara. I want to let you know we should have more people like her, she is always very calm, nice and friendly. I appreciate seeing her there everytime I need to pick up my medicine. Thanks Rite Aid.

Yesterday about 9 pm I had awful experience with pharmacist Leigh Ann Ratiff. During the week it was my second attempt to pick up my prescription.One problem is Soviet State of California established new rules to pick up drugs. Associates claimed it is impossible get drugs without pharmacist. On my first visit the pharmacist was absent (1pm-2 pm lunch). Rite Aid didnt inform me before my visit about changed rules and they disrespected my time. That pharmacy didnt provide me customer support phone line and name of manager of that store. So, here is a real problem with informational communication. Also their mobile app doesnt proved appropriate time to pick up medicine.Second problem, marketingly speaking, pharmacist Ratiff disrespected me personally and my spending. I spent 10 minutes without any line ahead and behind me to pick up $2.37 drugs. At the same time she turned off my up buy intentions, I mean I wanted to buy some thing else from the shelves, however, her ignoring behavior changed my shopping mind. Also she disrespected my money and my health. She was talking by phone during my waiting and after call she decided to serve the people from drive through window. It was harmful. I recognized that as a discrimination based on my residence status, because I am a legal migrant (foreigner), but her preferred customer was American (assumed). Also I assumed it was her relative. And at this point I would like to claim her involved in nepotism.Tomorrow I will call costumer support line to share my unsatisfied experience with Rite Aid on Florida Ave in Hemet.

Interview ready im shopping they called for the security to scan all isles.Maybe because of my backpack but thats not everyones business. Very noncommercial they ask me to not use a product seconds later, they saw me with the woman just walkin down the isle. I didnt hear her push something down from the next isle to get to me. She seen me rubbing my hair but thats no of any help. Then another woman right after her ask, me can she help me. Different woman pass two or three times and exchanged words with the other. As if i dont notice then i went in on her! Why are you guys harassing, embarrassing, andwhere is your manager.she said no you have to go to him he wont come to you? Stating she said okay the the woman from before step out the next isle! Wow im the manager. Well you ladies are not even right for your service. Im having a good day.On my way to a interview so please mind your own business. I cant even buy anything breath.she tells me to leave ill call the cops cause my tone. I do have a warrant so its personal to me.Its traffic ticket failure to appear.I said i have every right to buy so. So I move around, then still following another started following im so frustrated i dont know what to do. So i repeat myself again to the woman following me. This isnt Twitter to everyone of maturity! I didnt say that to anyone! So i leave and they locked me in!! Wow the tried to get me to throw something and someone get arrested. I didnt try to slide the doors either i just said can youll open the door. On my way out i said,mind your own business you cannot control anyone now im waiting for the police i have a interview! The first evil chick smiled from built frustration i didnt just leave.Yep, fake employees no name badges the last chick involved apologized quoting about her . I know she gets ahead of herself. Well I already know that shes disgusting as a communicator i not the sharpest but hell of good at follow though. She lied and people will hear this and she will feel this! Today at eleven fourty-five In the morning. 8/9/17 nobody effects me baby im making a change of me and the world! Im running late guys sorry.
