I love coming here for pencil cases and pens. If you go to the back left of the store, they have some really cute stuff. The staff here are also kind and keep the store well kept.

Nice smooth trip easily found what I was there for. Checkout went quick and not a hiccup, really nice crew person. Store more or less empty due to it being a night trip, aisles nice and clean.

They have an amazing manager, who knows what hes talking about, and help you get what you wanted. Ill pick up his name next time I go in.

I bought a Fire TV stick last time I left my review and today I printed some documents and got help from a wonderful girl with short hair! Man her customer service skills were 100/10! She was so kind and helpful! 🤩 She works in the printing area. Look for her. Shes very sweet.

I travel for work, currently a thousand miles from home. I presented Dave, a technician in the electronics department, with an odd question about a part that Staples do not sell. My request was a long shot and I was prepared to hear that he couldn’t help me, but he went into his office and returned with the part. Aside from being knowledgeable, he was very friendly and eager to help. Dave’s effort got me back on track and now I can continue my work. A lot of times people who purchase electronics are just trying to ease day to day living but sometimes we purchase electronics to make work easy and this is how I feed my children. Thank you Dave. I’m sure if it were protocol, there would be a section with those things for sale. I believe you went out of your way to help me. You are an asset to your company and you are a fine citizen. Staples couldnt have been more helpful. I had nine boxes of shredding to do, they came out to them and they car, helped load the dolly, brought in store. It was all taken care of, in less than thirty minutes. Great service!

So i orders Birthday party Invitation from Staples in Hemet but my order when I got there my invitations was not ready for pick so I was very disappointed and I ask for the manager and the manager came hes name is Virgil he came in and he said give us another try and let us take care of you and i promise everything will be OK and so 2 hours later my invitation was ready and they were just perfect so I would like to thank Virgil the store manager at staples in Hemet California.

The copy center area is not good at all. The girl in there is working alone and has people standing in line waiting forever. I had to get out of line and walk around the corner to the Postal place for help instead because she’d never gotten to me and 4 other people ahead of me after telling us 15 minutes prior that she would get to us shortly . Need more help in that department.

Bad experience trying to buy a laptop here .

We purchased a new laptop a few days ago the service was very good unfortunately the new laptop had a problem and after several hours of dealing with the manufacturer I went back to Staples Hemet and spoke to Mike the Manager who was totally understanding and exchanged the unit all is good now. Thats all I can expect thats great service

I went to the copy mans print center. To me it felt as if they were under staffed yet the two ladies did their best to accommodate everyone. They acknowledge you while you are waiting, but continued to keep their full attention towards the client confront of them. If you are in a hurry then you may get a little frustrated if you have to wait to be served. I was in a bit of a hurry, but had to change my disposition after I watched each ladies do their best to attend to the customers and work with machines or computers which were not being cooperative or efficient. Overall I got what I needed with their help and patience on both side.

The self setice printers are horrible. They take longer than standing in line. I was told they cant print from the counter because it slows down there servers. Well i think everything should be updated seeing you guys offer printing services. Customers time matters.

I come in here often to send faxes. Everyone is nice and helpful. I went to the Menifee location one time and the guys messed up my fax yet charged me full price. Later I went in to Hemet to re send my faxes an employee by the name of Tina helped me and made sure everything was done correctly.Thank you Tina :) !!!

I find it funny that a store with a large computer area does not sell Operating Systems. This should be an automatic 1 star.

Staples here in Hemet has my respect because I have seen some obviously homeless people using the computer resource area trying to update resumes and God knows what else to try and better their situation and they were treated like any other customers. Thats rare these days.

They dont make copies for you at 8 pm because they say theyre too busy working on stuff and cant help you until the next morning. Well I actually need my copies for today. And I only needed like 2 copies not a whole book!!!! It has been my worst experience in Staples and I always think of going there for my business and school supplies. Im never going back there.

In November I placed an order for a deal on a laptop computer and in December after all the Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals were gone Staples Emailed me and said they could not fulfill there obligation or fill the order for the laptop. I am not happy.
