Ive been very happy with Walgreens over the years. Theyve always been accurate quick and helpful. HOWEVER they seem to be having major management issues.. I feel sorry for the staff theyre very helpful…..UPDATE 9/3 Over the past several months I’ve noticed they have improved customer service at this location so I’m increasing my rating from 1 star to 4….. Keep up the good work

Moved here from Vista a week ago. Got all of my heart meds from Walgreens on N. Santa Fe. in Vista.. I couldnt ask for a better place to shop. 5 star store. The pharmacy has always been right on que. I researched all of the Walgreens in Hemet, and decided to go with this one even though the reviews on every Walgreens in Hemet are not so good. Quite poor actually. 2.6 average. Really? So I took all of my prescription bottles with me to the pharmacy so that I could have them all filled. She took my bottles and went to the computer and typed in some information. She returned my bottles and said that the prescriptions would be ready by 1:30 p.m., now being 12 noon. Fine. I received a text from them at 1:50 p.m. saying my prescriptions are ready for pickup. So I drive back to the Walgreens only to be told that all but one have been filled and I will have to wait for another 20 mins. Why send me a text saying that my prescriptions are ready when they are not? Told them a that I was in a hurry and that I will have to come back tomorrow. Mind you, I have already driven over 30 miles already and now Ill have to come back again. So I get home with my meds and found one of my prescriptions was the wrong dosage. I guess all of the bad reviews are credible. Not very professional. You folks are giving Walgreens a bad name.

Go to any other Walgreens dont go here.even If you need to..worst pharmacy workers ever. Seriously.

Pharmacy is a joke. Tell you your prescription will be ready at a certain time and NOT. Were short handed they say. Not my problem, I spend 6 days a week leaving town at 3am and not getting home till 8 pm, I have one day a month to do my prescription and so far every month they have failed to meet time of delivery, will be changing pharmacy after next dr visit

The woman at the pharmacy named dulce was super helpful I called like 4 other pharmacies and they were rude and couldnt even look up to see if any other pharmacy had it in stock.They also didnt even tell me I could order it. This pharmacy is a little further but definitely worth the drive.

Need medicine or a candy bar good place to pick up both.

When you really need western union, dont come here. The services are usually down for no reason other than lazy employees

As Of July 12 at 815 I went through the Walgreens drive thru, the pharmacist was rude had a terrible attitude, I was picking my son medicine and I didn’t get a consultation for the medication and had to ask for one.. and the other pharmacists didn’t seem want to give me a consultation for the medication.. i recommend you get your items at another store but not Walgreens..

This store has liers,inexperienced and rude employees,especially thier managers Cristy and Sharma.First encounter with Cristy,I had a clipped Walgreens coupon and she said it is not a legit coupon.Second encounter with Sharma,I had catalinas that came from their store itself and he said it is fake.Cashier Lynsey is also unreliable.I left both times mad.

If you like to wait days for common medications, stand in line forever while employees decide if they want to help you or not, pay three times the prices of any other store and take phone calls that say your prescriptions are ready when theyre not... youre gonna love this store.I only wonder how long the chain will stay in business with such abysmal customer service.

These pharmacist people need to be arrested, for tampering and elder abuse. They are a disgrace. And, rude. They dont do their job. They do not fill prescriptions on time. It took two and a half weeks to fill five prescriptions, and they only had two filled. Absurd

Quick and convenient. Get in and get out swiftly. Pharmacy was fair in terms of quickness. Faster than Walmart.

I had a horrible experience with the pharmacy tech. They dont care for what you need. Its not our fault you are pissed off that you paid all that money for college and landed at Walgreens. Be nicer to your patients.

Never go to this urgent care off sanderson! They are horrible my son had a fever, and the nurse told me he has a fever because he has alot of gel in his hair!!! Then the doctor told me the reason hes sick, is from the kids at school you should get him home schooled. You never treat people that way.

These young pharmacy techs are extremely rude, especially a female one I spoke to. The lead pharmacist, who is young, is inexperienced, cold, and rude as well. Vet insensitive to veteran needs. They reversed an already approved prescription twice. Stay away from this location.

Waited 19 minutes on hold and gave up. This was June 15, at around 8:30 a.m. I dont blame staff. I blame the cheap management/corporate ownership 1%-ers who are too greedy and cheap to pay for enough employees to handle the load. Ill go somewhere else.

I went in today August 19, 2016 to purchase a couple of items. When I swipe my debit card the cash register froze up. They moved other people behind me to another cash register and are having no problem.The manager didnt offer to move me to another register, she just said youll have to pay cash. Why didnt they just offer to move me to a different register.They acted like is was my fault and like I was the problem.I wont be back to this store thats for sure.This place is nuts....

The pharmacy sucks at this location. The employees at this location are rude and not very friendly. Use the location on Florida and San Jacinto. Very nice people there.

OMG!!! If you have to hold for the pharmacy, be prepared to be driven crazy by the hold message. Were sorry. Our staff is answering other calls. Please, hold on and we will be with you shortly. Over and over and over and over and over, etc...It really doesnt matter how nice the people will be when they pick up. This message is designed to make you hang up.

VERY RUDE MANAGER. I came in to return/exchange a formula I had just purchased because it was wrong kind. He said no he can not refund or exchange it because its a law that they cannot do that & they cant resale it. He was just very rude & was not,nice about the way he was telling,me this. Went to walgreens down the street and they happily have me a refund!

Precriptiomds always current but sale items not always available so for my dog not so good

Was on hold for 20 minutes. Finally got ahold to speak with soneone to be asked to get put on hold and then being hung up on. Now i have to call back to be placed on hold and hear that annoying automated voice. Ugh im beyond pissed

This is absolutely the worst pharmacy ever!!! They will give you a partial refill and then charge you again to pick up the rest. They never call insurance for overrides, you have to call your insurance and then them to tell them to call your insurance. They’ve also shorted me meds, several times. I picked up a 90 day supply only to find out they put a 30 day supply in the bag that said it had 90 pills. It took 2 days for them to review tapes then give me my prescription that I had to wait nearly an hour for. Count your pills, EVERY TIME!!! When I confronted them about a shortage of meds another time, they said insurance wasn’t going to cover it. I told them to call my insurance to get an override, takes less than 5 minutes to do that. They walked away, came back with a larger bag, I paid and when I got home I found out they only put the small bag in a bigger bag to just get me out of there. They are so rude, and it just isn’t worth it anymore.
