Pricy, yet I prefer to purchase some items here vs Walmart!My only complaint is that the employees these days that rang up my stuff have no knowledge of anything they sell. Not like in the 70 & 80s where employees knew what they were selling and were given the property training. Can someone please turn back the clock of time?

The customer service is excellent. Just make sure you call ahead to make sure they carry the product you want because of its size, they are very limited.

Its sad to see that penneys seems to be one step away from loosing out to the likes of walmart. They always have been and continue to be a great store with great deals and quality merchandise. This store is super clean and the staff is very friendly.

I am assuming the manager was helping me and answering all my questions very detailed when I asked certain questions. She would have honored a price difference from the display and their price but I wasnt interested in getting make up on this day.

Wow, I asked if they had time to color match me. Since it was pretty late. I was told she could she just needed to finish checking out the customers in line... it was a long line. I waited for roughly 30-45 minutes and finally she asked if it was ok if she just told me what color she thought I was since it was late. Seriously!? I just stood here for almost an hour so you could guess my color? I knew it was late when I came in thats why I asked if she had time, if she would have said no I would have come back another time, instead this rep just confirmed why Im a Diamond shopper at Ulta and not Sephora.

I never write reviews, but felt the need to write one for here! Horrible service, not once was I asked if I needed help! I had to go to them and interrupt their conversation for one of the workers to respond “I don’t know I’m off the clock” ! Seriously! And when the other worker helped me she said they were out and slowly walked away and went back to her conversation, she didn’t even offer to order the product for me online, like most Sephora’s do. I was so excited to walk in there and I walked out so disappointed!

Im so happy they brought a Sephora to Hemet. The staff is really helpful, Rachel helped me and she was so sweet, professional and knowledgeable especially for this being the 2nd day since opening. She tested my skin to see if I had normal, oily or dry skin and went on a journey to find batteries for the tester, which I very much appreciated. They have fenty, marc jacobs, too faced, abh, becca, tarte, kvd and more! They also had skincare, tons of brushes, lashes and fragrances. I heard the Sephora inside jcpenney can be small but this one seems big to me and is perfect!

This store Ive been in for a lip liner 5 times. Never in stock.
