I walked in and got treated so kindly I have never been there so I could not find anything but the employees help so much and the manger was the nicest. This definitely deserves a 5 stars

In the phone loop > 12 minutes waiting to speak with pharmacist. Call was never answered. As a provider with a busy schedule this is unacceptable. Call should be answered in less than 5 min. Should be able to speak with a pharmacist or representative within 5 min

Tried to call 6 times and each time the same woman would answer say hello and hang up... seriouslyIts 9/6 Im trying to make anappointment for a covid test, youhave to go through hell to set up an appointment..then...the only appointment I could get is on the 13th... ...no wonder people arent getting tested

This store is AMAZING!! They always say hi when I walk in and ask if I need help when Im on the aisle. They go above and beyond to help customers in need.Im so happy ice cream is open now!! One suggestion please bring back apricot mango Ice cream back!!

I am a loyal customer to this location and unfortunately I will stop else where. I came home and noticed something missing from my bag and I called the store and they stated nothing was left behind and there is nothing they could do. This was extremely disappointing as I paid for the item and it somehow did not get put into the bag. I had the receipt still and a good manager would of apologized and offered me to come back in and make it right.

I had to drive from banning to this right aid to day 2/13/2021I had to get a prescription for my wife here because my right aid in banning did not have itI take a medication that requires me to use the restroom rather frequentlyYour mens room had an out of order sign on itBut the ladies room did notIt was lockedSo the person in the farmacy said i could not use itVery upsettingSo I spoke to the manager and she also said noI think that is not the way to treat very loyal rightAid customersThoughtless very rude and really no excuseWe as consumers do have choicesRemember thatAndrew

Worst customer service in Hemet. Wrong price charged for prescription 15 to 20 min in line for pick-up & that Indian pharmacist should never be allowed to talk to a customer the way he talked to me. NEVER AGAIN

Found what I was looking for but Selena who claimed to be a manager needs some sensitivity training when she is ringing up customers. You dont get to pick and choose who you feel like giving great customer service to based on there ethnicity. It was like I was the employee and she was the customer. She didnt act like that with the other customers in line. Not a good look Rite Aid.

This location is very well kept and the customer I received is excellent. Thomas and Gianluca provided me with welcoming greetings and answered all my questions.

Drive up pharmacy staff are fantastic.

Everyone at this store is very friendly and willing to help you if you ask. Even when you dont ask they always ask you if you need help. Everything I need is always in stock I would recommend this riteaid to all my friends.

Pharmacist Steve was great and extremely helpful he deserves 5 stars however, Pharmacy Tech, didnt catch name, one of the most nasty customer service person I have ever encountered. Anyone that unpleasant and downright RUDE must get off on it and enjoy being that absurdly obnoxious would give zero stars for just her if possible

This store is very neat and organized! My cashier was very nice and welcoming.

My 73 year old mom was waiting for her prescription and asked to use the restroom. They would not let her but had just let another person use it 10 minutes before her..... I had to drive her somewhere else. I am changing her prescription to Walmart now. At least they let you use the restroom.

This pharmacy never ceases to amaze me...unprofessional, rude, and can’t seem to get simple insurance processing completed for anything. Rite Aid, wake up! This is an embarrassment to your brand and you should be ashamed. Not sure if it’s the the pharmacist or the lack of training he/she provides his/her team.

Staff are nice when they want to be. Everytime an african american walks in the store, a cashier gets on the intercomm for security to check the cameras. That is unacceptable for those who come in daily and spend money there. It shouldnt matter how they look.

This Rite aid has really improved since the remodel. Very helpful employees and pharmacist. Great place to grab stuff you nee quickly.

I like the store a lit but, one of the girls that work in the Pharmacy is not helpful at all. For most part the pharmacy is good. Id like to see this certain individual get another job like in the far back where she dosent have to deal with people.

Recently went there, had a heck of a time checking out, having spent my whole check there. Staff labored over giving me loyalty print. The next day day, an item broke. Returned it 2 weeks later to much cant do this, cant do that, and wound up with from a cash purchase, to an exchange for the same item that will break again. I Dont live near there. And they wanted me to do it another time.. like they wanted me to buy it another day. Not friendly here any more. Having a recently released icon disabled person to care for, Id have fired all but 1. Pharmacists are always ok. And Cherly, Mo isnt there any more. Seems like all strangers, He works closer to home in a RiteAid, bit Idk where.

This pharmacy is horrific! I have been coming here for 2 yrs simply bc it’s the closest to my house. No more! I come monthly and I have NEVER had a single script ready even when the system calls AND txt me to say it’s ready. The wait is ALWAYS over an hour, staff is rude, and when pharmacist takes breaks they have no relief pharmacist so they can’t sell or release scripts to anyone during this time! Then you have to come wait in line AGAIN for ANOTHER hour. It’s literally always always something with this place. Awful, I’m switching to another pharmacy!
