Was a great place to get my cut and my kids haircut too. Its too bad they shut down again. I heard it was a money issue for the company.

My mom and I had I hair cut here and the stylist was vary nice but did a uneven and choppy job. Unfortunately, we will not be back.

I visited Fantastic Sams on a Saturday, so you can already speculate that it was busy!As always I read the reviews before going and I found that either Matt or Julie were the hairstylist to see when visiting the salon. That being said, fortunately I was able to get in with Julie believe it or not! She is the Manager and one of the top stylist at that establishment! Julie was very honest & professional when it came too the style that I wanted & about how to do my hair. Especially with the amount of hair that I have and how wavy my hair is!She explains that not all hairstyles come out the way that it looks in the book. Shes explains that this happens for many reasons. Starting with the coarseness and thickness of the hair that the client has at the time of the appointment. I agree with her on this point and am thankful for her pointing this out & for her honesty. So if youre ever in the Hemet CA area and you are looking for a great place too get your hair done for a good price then I would definitely check out Fantastic Sams and book an appointment with either Matt or Julie!You wont be disappointed.

Its been quite some time since Ive been because I procrastinate. I was fortunate enough to get Matt as my hairdresser. I told him what I wanted and got exactly what I asked for. I was thrilled!! Had pleasant conversation as well!!

GREAT PLACE FOR A HAIRCUT N PERM.

$18 and all she did was wash my hair and trim the sides. I asked for a 4 week cut, but all she did was the sides and a little off the front. It was still wet when I left, but I could tell she did a minimal job. I don’t think she even touched the top. Too much talking and I wasn’t paying attention. It’s only been 4 days and I’ll be lucky to make it two more weeks. Overpriced with a nice tip. What a waste!!

They are not very good with fades or boys cuts. They are ok for a last minute last resort. Fix your hours of operation to accurately reflect the hours you are actually open.

For simple hair cuts...its good... the staff sometimes has an attitude.

I get my hair cut there when I do anymore because theyre the only people that dont mess up or give me some 90s little kid do like half the places out here. The stylists there are super friendly and its pretty affordable.

As a walk in customer, I could not have been happier with the quick service and cut. I did not have to wait forever to get my cut and style at a very reasonable cost. Would definitely go there again!

This salon is open Monday through Saturday 9am-6pm and Sunday from 10am-5m and is now accepting appointments as well as walk- ins. Google does not have accurate hours displayed.

Normally I get a great cut, but this day it wasnt happening. I would not put her name on blast, but.... she seemed pretty unsure of what she was doing when ask for a trim of a fohawk. Needless to say Im going again this weekend to get it cut correctly & to a different facility. If it is talking her 5 mins to figure out where to start, kindly excuse yourself quickly 🙄

Very disappointed in the sevice and after care given by Stacy the store manager after i went to get a perm for $75 and left with fried and straight hair. was told by staff i would have to sign a waiver for services,yet nothing was given to me to sign. the service was done and i was told by Wendy the tech that you may not be able to have permed and colored hair at the same time.Part of my hair took and part stayed straight. went back the next day and 3 techs,Britany,Miriam and a young blonde expressed concern that Wendy used the wrong rods and that they would help trim burnt area off and give a small condition treatment. told me to contact Stacy on Monday for a rectification to my situation. Spoke with Stacy,Mgr and she said that all techs had expressed to me that it wouldnt work yet i chose to go forward. A blatant lie as i only spoke with Wendy about perm. So sad that people are so quick to admit any fault of any kind anymore. I would have been happy with a small refund as i realize the tech did spend time with me and a product was used.Cannot in good conscience recommend the salon due to the lack of concern by Mgr Stacy.i understand all situations are different but my experience was less than acceptable.

Went in to ask a question. Instead of the owner coming to the front desk to listen and answer, she answered from her booth while she was with a customer. As everyone turned to look at me, there was an obvious lack of respect for my privacy. To save her time and my embarrassment, I should have walked in the door shouting my question and she could have answered from her booth while assisting her customer.

I called at 2 and was told that 5 pm was the latest they could do a cut and color so after work I rushed to arrive before 5 just to be told they cant do it. There was no one waiting and 1 hair dresser on her phone in back while the other 2 were up front. Lazy!
