Looking for just the right candles. They have great fragrances.

I loved the atmosphere! The workers are so kind, and very knowledgeable about their products. They helped us find the perfect candles for our home.

Excellent customer service. Not pushing offer new products but no pressure to buy.

Its okay. They have some rules like you cant spray or try on the lotions to check out the scent. You can only open the candles to smell the scent. Friendly service though😄

Although they dont have as much stuff as the outlet in Lake Elsinore, I still loved it. Didnt go buck wild, but I did take advantage of these sales.

Theyre out of alot of things so if you were looking for the whole bunch like spray lotion etc you were not going to get it.I recommend I recommend rather shopping online or calling before you go so you dont waste your time its quite disappointing other than that employee whom I spoke with was really nice.

This is my favorite store. They are having thier annual sale which they have twice a year. After Christmas and in June. Prices go down 75 percent. They have a cool refund policy also.

I was just browsing I didnt buy anything, and helped my friend pick something for her dad for her parents anniversary. It smells really good in there, it got a bit overwhelming at the end though. Lots of cute stuff, Ive been to a B&BW like less than 5 times I think but this one is nice and the employee we were with was very kind.

The customer service was excellent. I wish I could remember the name of the girl who helped me. I was there for awhile and she checked on me periodically to see if I needed help. She answered my questions and had good suggestions.

Great scents in their hand soaps with everybody panicking why not smell good

The staff here can sometimes be nice but there are a few staff that can be condescending, like they own the store when they treat buyers or window shoppers and recently, there was even a lazy lady. I asked for a product which was the only thing on the shelf, without a wink, she said right away, its the only thing they have. I asked her if there are still in stocks, she said no but another lady said there are plenty. But others are good.

Love getting coupons for this place. Seems like there is always a good sale going on when ever I visit. My fav spot

I was so happy this store was local. I shop here every year to buy gifts for employees & this was my first year living in Hemet Ca., I thought Hemet had very little to offer. When I find little hot spots like this & this cute little mall, it makes me happy, & I hope soon all the homeless druggies & so on will be off the streets near this beautiful location. 👍🙏

Good sales, wish they had more varieties

Great products, but horrible customer service. I have the option to shop the the Galleria store that is close to my work or the Hemet store that is close to home. It never fails that I witness horrible customer service. I was in there 2 days ago and a lady was trying to use her coupon and the cashier did mot explain clearly the products eligible, i did not understand her and the customer did not understand her and the cashier got louder and louder until she was screaming at the customer. The customer kept her cool but the rest of us around her became very upset. I hope the manager takes care of this. From now on I am shopping in Riverside. This employee confirms what other people in the area say about the staff in the Hemet area, which is that customer service is the worst in Hemet.
