Customer service used to be amazing there. Now, I would rate it on the same level as fast food customer service. I had to ask about the actual color of a dye I was interested in because almost all of their sample dye swatches were missing. The associate told me it was VERY CLOSE to what I wanted and wouldnt be much different. Turns out the color was nothing like what I wanted and had pointed out in a semi permanent color. It was MUCH lighter. Now I have to redo my hair!! Thanks for the damage!!

I didnt have any complaints, good prices and goods. Those who work there are competent and friendly. Great place all in all.

Met a very helpful store associate Niah who was very helpful and willing to go the extra mile in finding right product for my curly hair, to dye and keep moisturized/conditioned.The store manager as well was very informed in products I had questions about. (Magnetic eyelashes for example)All in all very good shopping experience, especially happy that only so many patrons can be in store shopping at a time. Very good protective measures with Covid19 going on.God Bless🤗🤗💯💯🙏🙏🖐️😷😎❤️

I have only visited this particular Sallys location twice in the past week. I can honestly say they dont just try to sell you. They actually tell you what you need and why you need it. Ive gained a lot Ive gained a bit of knowledge my last visit in regards to what type of color and toner to use on bleached hair. And Ive been bleaching my hair for over 4 years now. So thank you to the ladies of our local Sallys Beauty shop here in Hemet! You guys rock.

I want to say theres one employee I really like her name starts with a P . I dont want to use names but the other girls not so helpful and really not knowledgeable about nail gels and top coats and she couldnt understand what I needed . I have a email clearly stating if your not satisfied with results get total refund . Went to return hair dye and was told they couldnt because its been more than used half way . Even fine print does not say that so I would like them to change the fine print for hair dye

Great selection for my wife and father. Okay - Ill admit it - I bought some hair gel there. Great help they also! Knowledgeable staff.

I needed a blade for my clippers. There very old and I have used them on many hair cuts. The manager was helpful but has a very I know it all attitude. Im retired from CVS I was a manager for many years and I thought customer service to all the new employees. She needs to be taught customer service and how to be a little nicer with her attitude.

Sallys always has what I want. I just wish they had more sales.

The store itself is great. However, staff is never really that eager to help. Two of the girls have a pretty bad attitude every time I go in. Have stopped shopping here as much. Probably wont renew my membership.

The customer service person and one or two of the others have tattoos on most of their visible body parts. This is extremely unprofessional and my reason for not giving a better rating.I had to wait more than five minutes.I did get the information I was looking for and purchased the products that she suggested.

The store was well stocked, clean and organized. It was rather busy and could have used one more person for customer service

They do not honour their sale prices. Items are clearly marked and in an area in sale. When it rings up You get excuses like Its in wrong place, its an old tag that didnt get removed our it shouldnt have been marked down.

Came in here two days ago to buy mustache wax and was rushed to purchase and wasnt informed that the wax was black and dyed my mustache black! I guess If I would have not come so close to closing they would have taken their time with me, but who knows. Be careful when buying mustache wax!
