I wanted to tint my sons lexus windows as a bday gift the girl was at lunch so was not there to discuss the different options so they slapped the cheapest tint on to match the back lightest one. I would have been willing to strip factory tint and do costume now they say we can bring it back and pay more and they can take what job they already did I wont be taking my new car there or husbands truck there ... EFF that place I knew we should have went with ALLEN auto glass *****

I got my windows tinted here about 3 years ago besides the fact that the tint is still in mint condition someone tried to break into my driver side window. They hit my window hard 4 times with no success in being able to break in!!! I would give a million stars if I could.

Maid an appointment with the owner he quoted me at $170 out the door. When I picked it up he charged me an additional 15 bucks and claimed it was sales tax. I get it we all have to pay taxes thats not a problem for me. However dont low ball me and say $170 out the door. Be upfront! Be a man of your word!!!

I have bubbles and line in my tint. The owner told me it’s normal. Also the tint alignment is bad. It doesn’t line up with my window. My window frame has scratches from the tint installation. Poor quality work over all!!

I have a 2017 Subaru, I called a few places with outrages prices and was told it was my responsibility to get the eyesight recalibrated, this Subaru has a bunch of cameras and sensors in the front for different features. Hemet Auto Glass & Tint was the last place I called for a quote and I’m extremely happy I did! They had the best rates and had no issue with the cameras. I got a quote for recalibration at Subaru and they wanted an exutra $300 which this place helped me save. I will definitely go back if I need a new windshield and I recommend everyone to go there! 17 June 2017-Went in to get a leaking windshield fixed. The installer (Ray I think) tells me the windshield usually breaks on the way out unless he cuts the seal to remove the glass, so Id need either a new windshield or a seal. I chose the seal. So they order me a seal to the tune of $125 (part and labor). A day later, I get a call from the receptionist saying that while they were working on it, the installer bumped the glass on the wiper stud and broke the glass and that I need to buy a new one! She goes on to tell me that theyre going to see what they can do about getting it for me at their cost. 4 days later (20 June 2017), they call me and tell me that theyre done with my truck, and that the owner said hes ONLY going to charge me an additional $70 dollars. AVOID THIS PLACE. What kind of business passes its accidents/mistakes on to its customers? From my experience, these guys are amateurs at best, and do not belong in this type of business.

Save your money .I got my Jeep tinted .The bubbles lasted 5 months and the guy said it was normal .Did nothing to help me .My neighbor got her car tinted through them And it turned purple.And the owner made did not do a thing but say .Sorry it happens.Save your money theres better tint shops in town.

Went in last weekend and got my windsheild replaced. Today I went to adjust my rearview mirror and it came off in my hand. I went back thinking it was a minor issue and was told I dont have any glue I havnt been able to get any for a month if youre in a hurry just go to another glass place in town Seriously!

Not a happy camper! I took my 14 x 39 inch window frame out of my hot rod to have a special cut tinted window installed. It took them 6 days to complete the job. When they gave it back to me and I took it home I discovered that they had misaligned the mounting bolt holes in the frame. So I had to take the frame apart, remove the glass to fix the problem myself. I would go somewhere else if I were you! LESSON LEARNED!

Run for your life! They work is absolute crap and their service even worse! Ive heard of many failed windshield replacements. My stupid ex took my brand new truck there without asking me to tint my windows. There were huge bubbles EVERYWHERE even though I left the windows up and followed all the directions. When I stopped in to ask about fixing it I was shoved down by the worker there and the owner supported his actions. I had to get the police involved. RUN

DONT GO HERE !!!! Their work was sloppy they forgot to put my speaker back in and when I got home the first time I used the window the window shatters and brakes. Call them to sort it out they insinuate that it has nothing to do with them and that all of a sudden there is no warranty. Then they try to sell me a new window as if Im going to be a customer of them after they wont guarantee their work LOL see you guys in court.

Do not go here. I went to replace my windshield and the next day it rained and the water was leaking through. When I went back they said it was fine and refused to fix it. Their service iscrap and the guy does not no what he is doing.

I have been here for chip repair 4 times and had 3 windshields replaced. I have nothing but good things to say. Service is excellent, they do the job right and stand by there work. I read a few negitive reviews. Not sure why anyone would have a negitive experence here. My guess is some people will never be happy.
