I carried a broken aluminum, framed shop (garage) window into this establishment. Within a few days was informed that this frame was obsolete but will give this our best shot. Extremely poor customer service. Have screwed up our shower glass 3 times now. Try to get ahold of any management get the run around … 3 different measurements 3 different people . Obviously none of them know how to properly read a tape measure. Save your self the headache get another business to do the work this place doesn’t care about pleasing the customer just want to get your deposit and then give excuses as to why their incompetent employees and supervisor (Kelly) can’t do there job… Hers s thought send them all back to grade school to learn how to read a tape measure…

The Service inside of the store directly with the representatives is very good, but once you leave the store it is nearly impossible to contact, locate, or have the individual youre working with respond to any of your phone calls, request, or special needs.

Long time Helena glass, door, window company. Very knowledgeable and competent. Service oriented. They did their best to compensate for factory delivery issues. Staff found a solution to a unique need I brought to them.

Poor customer service. No one knows what they are talking about — getting different answers from everyone. Still waiting, now over 2 weeks for a supervisor to call me back. If I had known this was the service I would get, I would have found another company to do my business with, but you already have my deposit.

This company was good to work with. They came out and measured for our replacement windows, and kept us informed on delivery dates. When one window was broken in transport to them, they got a new one ordered. While it was a pain to have to take 2 days off for the installations, they did a great job, cleaned up after themselves and did a really nice job finishing the install. Really great company to deal with. They came out and measured our picture window put it on order. When it arrived they promptly returned and removed the old window and installed the new one very quickly. The window tint was perfect. Very professional and highly experienced installers. I recently had a window replaced by Frontline Glass. It is awesome. We could immediately feel the difference with no cold air entering. Kelly is a craftsman and did a great job installing the window in real extreme temperatures. My thanks to Shelby for the friendly and helpful customer service! I purchased a piece of custom cut plexiglass that was cut with crooked sloppy cuts and extra score marks on both ends of a small piece. i had to come up with another solution so the piece was of no use for me. the manager on duty was very rude and unapologetic about the sloppy cutting and my inconvenience and would not offer any refund or even store credit. I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere if you want good service and quality product.

They did good work, were professional, and were very reasonably priced when installing windows in my house (waaaay cheaper than the door to door salesmen from American Exteriors). I havent experienced any other window company, but Id certainly recommend them to others.

I have used their services 3 times in the past 2 months and 2 out of the 3 times I received poor service. The first time I had them cut a 1/8 piece of mirror for me. It was wrapped in paper when I picked it up so I did not open it until I got home (10 miles away). They cut a piece of glass instead of mirror when it clearly stated on the work order it was to be mirror. I called then had to drive back to drop it off and pick up the right product.Today I was in their to pick up a piece of round glass I had them cut for me. I ordered 3/16 thick and they cut it out of 1/8 thick glass. I will now have to make another trip back to get the right piece. This is ridiculous. I gave them 1 star because they did get my order right one out of 3 times.Count on spending twice the time and twice the fuel when you use their services.

I never realized fitting glass for my coffee table would be so easy. Frontline glass and their staff made it so. When I walked in the front door I got the feeling of We got this!. And that they did!

No stars would be more like it! We ordered a piece of glass cut to put in my china cabinet. After a couple of weeks we picked it up and it was cut 2 smaller than needed. Had them cut another one and it was a hair or two too big. Recommended we shave it down with a sander! If we had wanted to do the work ourselves, we would have. Now after spending $$$ for a piece of glass that we can not use, we have to go elsewhere and have another piece made!! I DO NOT recommend this place at all!!!!

I had a map with cracked glass that needed to be replaced. I took it into Frontline Glass, where the service was friendly, promt, professional and affordable. I would definitely recommend Frontline Glass to others.

Great prices. They quoted me half the cost of a competitor. In response to a couple of other reviews about the owners not caring and no return calls, I have to say that the customer service from the office is excellent. I had a problem with two separate instances of a newly replaced window being cracked in a corner. The second one was installed a couple of months after the first. Both times this company was friendly, apologetic, and quick to replace the window once again. The service techs seem to be hit or miss because they probably have a high turnover and trouble finding good techs, but if there are any problems I found the office people will be sure to make it right. I would recommend this company to a friend.

I had been furnished a quote then they showed up and installed a window which was under warranty and handed me a bill for more than double what the quote was for. They then explained that Jeld Wen had given me the quote and that wasnt there rate. I would never use this company again. They also tried to bill me for the window itself on the paperwork which the installer gave me.

The best prices in town, I have been ordering glass all over town for picture frames and projects my husband builds and Frontline has the glass cut and ready for me faster than any other places and their prices are GREAT compared to their competitors!

Ive had two broken windows a new patio door and, glass in another patio door replaced. The price and installation were well within my budget. I will be contacting them again for storm doors.

Really shoddy work from these guys. We had a window replaced and had to call them back out twice to actually finish the job. Even after that they still left all corners and 6 inch strip unsealed from the outside. Went in and talked to the manager and was even more unimpressed she seemed to not even care about the quality of the work. Also beware unless you ask for for the add ons they wont even properly seal a window to even the most basic standards.

Big gaps in the caulk beneath my windows. Installers in a huge rush to get out of there. It was go go go and leave gaps.Luckily I know how to use a caulk gun and I fixed the problem.
