Service was fast and friendly. Our pick up order was ready before the 2 hour window and gentleman was friendly when bringing out our items. Very happy with the items we purchased too!

Availability of items and extremely pleasant clerk.

I shop at Target because of the ease of finding items, appearance inside of store, and how quickly I was able to check out.

Credit card machine went down while trying to pay for a $39.99 swim suite. Guy at check out said he had to run it a couple times to try to get it to work. That it was a global issue but it would work. Well it didnt but they charged me 119.95 for a bathing suite I didnt even get to take home because the transaction didnt go through. Now I am down 119.95 and I cant get a manager to assist they keep giving me phone numbers to call but when I call, I am told they can only refund online purchases. Then I call the store and the manager refuses to speak with me and has her subordinate try to give me another number. Done with this place.

Probably the dirtiest target Ive been to, and the employees were definitely not what Im used to at others. I wont be back. Reminds me of kmarts lol

I wouldnt reccomend shopping here. This is the most unwelcoming store in the whole town. The employees are so unfriendly and dont even care if youre there or not. This needs to change or nobody will come to this store anymore. Very sad management let it get this way.

An employee in the cosmetic isle today seemingly tried to hit me with her cart. I was standing the the isle and she started towards me with the cart, i apologized and jumped out of the way just in time to be hit with her trash bag... wow. How rude.

They need air conditioning on in the summer, it was so hot, I had to leave and didn’t get probably half the things I needed. And the front of the store is so hideous now that they changed it, and compared to the other 10 targets I’ve been to they don’t have the same quality of products. I’m sure due to the local demographics.

Target is always very clean and has exceptional products. I really like the cart wheel app that lets me save even more than the deals that target already has. Target also price matches with Amazon and other stores, so you know that youre getting rest products at the best prices. They also have amazing staff.

One of the best Targets Ive been to, go their daily and I go to the gym and then I will send you the link to the video of the best things in the past and I go to the gym and then I can get a ride to the video is on his knee is feeling good about this is a test to see if I dont have a lot to be ready for you to come over but Im going home.

I called 8/16/18 to obtain information regarding Consumer Cellular phones inventory. Nick was so very helpful: knowledgeable, patient, and courteous. My husband and I drove up the following day to make the purchase and worked with Anton (sp?). Again, he was knowledgeable, patient, and courteous. Having spent a significant amount of time the previous week with phone companies/reps/options, I found it most refreshing to find these two gentleman who were interested in what we wanted rather than what they wanted to sell. Thank you, Nick and Anton, for making our new phone purchase tolerable!

I was in your store in Helena Montana yesterday and was trying to find some items and had questions about some items I wanted to purchase. I looked around for at least 20 minutes without being able to locate ONE Target associate!!! It was me and the shoppers and the workers in the checkout line, NO ONE on the floor to assist the customer with questions. This was extremely frustrating and this experience will deter me from shopping at Target again for quite some time, in favor of places like Walmart where I KNOW I WILL be able to find someone to help assist me. I hope you hire some supporting staff as my experience yesterday was memorably TERRIBLE!

I have found asking the younger people there anything is like beating your head against the wall. I dont know how many times I inturupted them by asking them where something is or if I could grab something behind their carts. Shelves are marked with tags but are empty for days, while it is sitting in the back room. I was told there is nothing to be done about it and when I asked of they could go get it, I got the deer in the headlights look. He laughed and said no. Go there in the morning, the staff is way more helpful.

I love Target. It is my go to store for lots of items. I also like the extended food offerings. Makes it easier to do one stop shopping.

Target is probably the best place to shop in Helena. They have great prices, great service, and a great selection on most of there products. If they dont carry it they can order it for you.

The quality of Target is going down hill since the new leadership endorsed the liberal agenda...its just another version of Walmart with as inept personnel. Target used to be the best place to shop...even at a higher price, but now - nope.

A employee was rude to us and called us Aholes and chased us out of the store for not having masks on when there were other people in the store that didn’t have masks on and He was targeting me and friend and know one else

Frustratingly unaccomidating to disabled patrons the isles in the clothing area are far to close you can not safely get a wheel chair or motorized cart into the area with out hitting everything and knocking stuff over alerted management and was told they where aware and have already removed some displayed but they are limited on room and theres nothing they can do. Not okay not okay at all will be shopping at more accommodating stores

The employees here are amazing!I thought I had contacted Apple to upgrade my phone and was instructed to use an Apple gift card to complete the upgrade. After purchasing the gift card I began to give the code to the customer service rep at Apple.The lady at Target who helped me purchase the gift card stopped me and told me that I might be getting scammed. After double checking the phone number I realized that I wasnt talking to Apple but a clever scam company that looked just like Apples website.I stopped the call and asked if I could cancel the purhase of the gift card. The wonderful ladies worked together to cancel the purchase and saved me from a $200 scam.I am so grateful for their vigilance and service.Thanks Ladies!

Despite the fact that I was sick, had no voice, and had to write everything down, the ladies that helped my with my order were wonderfully pleasant and got me on my way within 5 minutes. An overall wonderful experience!

Everyone knows Target. Lots of Red. There seems to only be at most 3 checkouts open, more commonly only one and always presenting a friendly and helpful demeanor. Parking lot is clean and suspect to the normal traffic that Helena has to offer; which means civil for the most part. :D

The customer service here was great and they had a lot of Funko Pops the last time I was there. I loved that variety. The mens clothing department was pretty well stocked as well!

Use to love Target but the whole self checkout thing is rediculous! Takes longer, even if you know what youre doing & no customer/employee interaction is just one more reason to not shop there anymore. Might as well just order online! Way to cut corners Target! Plus, think of all the people that touch those same screens during cold & flu season, instead of just one employee!

I did online pickup day before Christmas eve thinking it would be hours but in less than 15 mins got a pickup text. It was awesome

My family is of African American decent and I feel as though I was singled out from every other customer in the store, being a minority. An employee radioed very loudly to a supervisor or so that I was on the back wall of their makeup section. She said it as if she was suspicious of me when she had no reason to since I just entered the store and was simply looking for eyelashes that I saw for a good price online. I noticed other people on the back wall as well but she didnt radio about any of them. I soon figured that the only reason she did it is because Im black. This is highly offensive and makes me not want to step foot back into the store if Im going to be treated like a potential criminal. Ive worked in customer service before and there are signs that you should typically look for in a shoplifter and being black is not one of them.

The pick up in store was efficient, the staff friendly and the transaction was quick. Highly recommend!

I love Target but this last time I was there a couple weeks ago, I was very disappointed with their blue jeans selection. Very very few small sizes, all were with high rise or mid raise. I hate those. They just dont work with my body. I guess I will go back to mens/ boys jeans.

Reasonable price but I can never find what Im looking for. Also extremely frustrated they sent coupons out in the mail but the had so many limitation on what they could be used for that I ended up leaving without buying anything.

It was super quick and easy

I went there just this week and the amount of cashiers/ employees just standing around was appalling. They had not one checkout open but were standing there (three employees) directing people to the self checkout. Now, most places I will occasionally use the self checkout. Why are they even there getting paid when we have to do it all ourselves anyway? A bit ridiculous. Not to mention, the employees there helping people were much less than polite as all the customers were so confused having to do this themselves while the staff stood around and gossiped. I wont be back..

You dont have to see wal-mart people its the classier of the two and most employees are nice and helpful.

Absolutely a miserable experience here. I tried out their online order and pickup on an unusually busy day, trying to save time. Stood in line over an hour. Had another customer cut to the front of the line and they actually helped her. The other 10 people in line were furious. The manager on duty kept walking by but doing nothing to help. When I finally asked what was going on and expressed my annoyance at the wait, she got snippy with me. I will be canceling my red card and just shopping on amazon.

When comparing prices, Target usually has competitive prices.
