Flooring section needs help. I asked an older woman to help me move 25 boxes of flooring to the front. She said I needed to hand stack the 25 boxes in a cart and put it in my truck without help. Other young associate couldnt bother to read flooring instructions and was very ignorant on which floor I should buy that wouldnt have a transition seam, so she recommended carpet. I also didnt get a call telling me my online pick up was canceled even after 4 hrs. We drove from Great Falls and it was really an awful experience.

Apparently I had my cloak of invisibility on yesterday when I went in to pick up an online order. I stood in front of the counter after waiting patiently for the associate to finish with the previous customer and received absolutely no acknowledgement. No Ill be right with you....no what can I do for you? She just continued to click away at her computer. What made matters worse, the other associate who noticed I was standing there, said absolutely nothing to me and then proceeded to take a phone call where I overheard her tell the customer she had no clue where the customers shipped Item was. When she finished this long non-helpful conversation she walked away from the counter without a word to me. I finally went to an associate who was running a register in the same area, and she quickly got my pick up order so I could leave.Come on Home Depot in-store pick-up!!!You are better than this! I am embarrassed for you. A simple smile and I be right with you would have made this customers experience much better.

Great place to shop for any household items. Paint section is a huge win in my experience. Although some other times Ive been there and I couldnt find a worker to help me, and they tricked me into signing up for their credit line. I thought it was like a rewards kind of deal.That was my mistake for misunderstanding though, and there was a shortage of employees during the time I couldnt find one to help. So its still a 5 star store in my eyes because those can be forgiven

No matter the reason for my visit to Home Depot, an available employee is never in short supply. I may be interrupting other work they may had been diligently involved in completing, in which I thoroughly apologize. However, I have never experienced a more authentically friendly and knowledgeable craftsman other than Lee. He has always been eagerly involved in whatever project I may be working on, no matter how unique. I dont trust anyone but Lee to give me the truth and correct information so I will always be learning more about self sufficient innovation only because what he taught me was not incorrect or insincere. Youre my hero, Lee!

I started shopping here instead of the other bog box hardware store because they carry Behr paint. I used to feel treated differently as a woman here but not anymore. There isnt a large of a cleaning products section but I like the Zep brand products they carry only here!

Shout out to Brian and the store manager! I had purchased and had my board cut at another Home Depot, and my measurements Were wrong. I came and asked the manager if they could cut it for me since I didn’t have my tools (and I’m not from here). She asked Brian and Brian was more than willing to cut my boards. He even offered to clean up my mistake.Thank y’all so much for the customer service!It meant so much to me.

We shopped at several other stores looking for a refrigerator with certain dimensions. We should have gone to Home Depot first! Amanda Saraco was pleasant and knowledgeable. She found the fridge in the size we had to have-smallish-and made the process painless. Amanda is great!

Terrible management. Rude. Says they will deliver on a certain day and did not get appliances till about a month later. When I complained to MANAGER he blocked my calls.

Got what we needed and got out. Very helpful people and friendly. It felt good to be treated like a customer again.

I was in need of a window air conditioner cover. I called the evening before to see if they had one and a very nice young lady was very helpful. She told me which aisle it was in. I came in today and the greeter/cashier was very kind in making sure I had an electric cart to use. I went to the aisle, found the covers. An employee offered assistance and together we decided just what was best for me to purchase. All-in-all a very pleasant visit. I will certainly return to this store for such good, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient customer service. 👍😊

Would like to rate 4.5 stars but I cant do i rated 5 since the issue that I did have was a while ago on a hot water heater we purchased. They didnt want to exchange it but recently we purchased a couple high ticket items and I called them up to ask about their exchange or refund policy and they were going to discount the higher dollar item since they didnt think they had the one we wanted. All the associates have been helpful

Home Depot was very crowded everybody is doing it yourself home projects because of the coronavirus and so theyre running to home Depot and Lowes and its kind of sort of hectic and home Depot right now! Im very proud to say that the staff there that workers and boys are when out of the way above and beyond to help me and other customers that I saw them do that with as well so help us out no matter that they were getting pulled in 50 different directions they always kept a smile on their face and they still helped you know I think whoever trained those employees now home Depot they train them right

Used curbside and was quick and perfect.

Went in to get some stain samples for a fence. No one in paint department so we asked for help. Young man wearing an apron with the name Cody on it came to help. Had trouble finding our semi transparent stain choices in the system. Apologized profusely, tried to find help but never gave up searching. Finally found what we wanted and took care of it. Really appreciated his perseverance and dedication to figuring out what we needed even though he was inexperienced in department! Way to go and Good Job Cody! We appreciate you!! 👍🏻👏🏻

Great Home Depot and not too busy. Also, people there are friendly and helpful and if you need something they are knowledgeable. Parking is ample, its close to the airport so its in a good location and its right off a major highway. I like this place and they treated me very well the few times that I went.

Im not into browsing in stores, but in Home Depot you cant help yourself. Fortunately there is always expert assistance to help find what is needed.

They are not being mask nazis like Target is. I found what I needed more or less.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered kitchen appliances July 6th. It’s now mid November. Still no appliances. Every holiday sale encourages more appliances sold when they can’t deliver the ones they have already sold which definitely isn’t advertised when new customers are shopping. I check the delivery date, which has been changed more than 5 times without any notification, and it now doesn’t even state an accurate date but now states the delivery date was the date I ordered it. Go into Home Depot and no one can give me any answers or any solutions. So here we are, still waiting after being without a working dishwasher for months. So much for customer service being one of their core values.

Ive built 3 additional bedrooms and 1 bathroom onto my house, while remodeling all of the rest of it, and most of my materials have come from this store. Been shopping here for years, so I definitely know this store.The staff has always been super helpful. The inventory in town is usually great, and if I did have to order something in they always made it easy.

Seriously always the best experience. I had purchase a fridge from Lowe’s earlier today. I went in to pick it up and waited and waited. Finally after 45 mins I left and went to Home Depot. This fridge was for my grandmother and I needed it today. I was in the fridge isle when a worker had approached me. Her name was Leilani. She helped show me ones I could have today. We decided on 1 but it was a little more than I could afford. She then called her manager Crystal they both worked with me and was able to get me a fridge in my budget. I was in and out within 45 minutes!!! That’s even after looking and having to decide. I seriously will never go anywhere els. Best place hands down. They customer service is always above and beyond.

Delivery through USP was awful. Ordered a freezer online through helena home depot and setup a delivery date. My husband took the day off work and called UPS the morning of scheduled delivery. They assured him that he would receive a text or call 30 min prior to delivery. He ran an errand and when he returned home he had missed the delivery. No text or call.Home depot was not helpful in rectifying the situation and the next available delivery is 2 plus weeks.

We love the kids workshops! We have done over 30 now. Such great and patient staff.

Short on staff. Hard to find help. Garden department couldnt answer my seasonal planting questions. Somewhat disappointing!!
