Ana and Amber are awesome. These are my first hearing aids and they were very patient and took all the time I needed to get them just the way I wanted. I was reluctant to get them at first because I thought they would be uncomfortable and that I might not wear them. They tried several earpieces until we found one that was comfortable and I found can wear them all day with no discomfort. I was also concerned about COVID but found them to be very careful. Staggered appointments and a through cleaning after each client. Top notch all the way.

I like Connect Hearing in Healdsburg. First you meet Anna (pronounced ahna). Then you meet Amber. In the middle of the Coronavirus problem, they are cautious. One patient in the spaces at a time. They sanitize between patients. I came in with defective hearing aids and left with new. Wow, technology has changed. The audio quality of the new aids is far superior to my six year old top-of-the-line aids.

Amber is very friendly and accommodating as well as a highly competent professional.

Jesse is very knowledgeable and the tests were thorough. I learned a great deal about hearing, hearing loss and hearing devices that improve hearing.

Didnt take any tine with me. Did not explain anything just told me I needed hearing AIDS, hed order it and hed call me when it came in. No options, no device choices or style choices. Never even explained what kind or degree of hearing loss I have. When I got upset and started asking questions he seemed to get defensive. I asked what if I couldnt get used to wearing them and his response was you take them off and throw them in a draw, look its $4000. worth of equipment Medical pays for the whole thing youd be foolish not to get them.
