It’s worth the trip to grab a bite and visit the Dry Creek General Store. They have a great selection of sandwiches including The Stacker. This depot like setting is a unique place to relax, bring the family and the dog (outdoor seating). Just minutes from the wineries.

Drove up to Sonoma from Napa for the day and on the way to one of the wineries stopped here for lunch. I had the not your traditional pulled pork sandwich. It was an explosion of flavor in your mouth. When were through there again Id certainly look for it again. Lots of other sandwiches available both hot and cold and salads tooSeating is outside at picnic tables or get it today go.

I didnt expect nothing from this valley, but i took my bike and start riding, this valley became one of the best memories in last years i cycled abt 90 miles and stopped here for a break and refuel with food 😁 that store has a special vibe and energy also subs are good ( or i was so hungry idk 😁) At the window is a collection of money i asked for a staple and stapled money from Republic of Moldova 💵. Wish to come back to feel the same as 1st time

Good sandwich spot and near some of the wineries. You can also buy picnic fixings, if you prefer to eat at a winery and assemble your own spread. Benches and tables outside and a bar inside, serves beer (maybe other stuff, bar portion was closed when I was there) It has also been arround since the 1800s!

Very tasty and consistent in its quality, and the baked goods at this local watering hole are generally exceptional. Loses a star for the poor value of the sandwiches: sure, they’re tasty, but given their size and their $15 price tag I have higher expectations than that.

The positive: servers interesting organic/locally sourced items, nice deli menuThe negative: pricy and understaffed for holiday weekendI stood at the deli counter under the order here sign for 5 minutes without being acknowledged. The guy making sandwiches had glanced at me twice. Finally, I asked through the little opening if someone could please help me. He said it was only him and the girl working the register. I asked him how come he couldnt have told me that the two other times he had looked at me and he just shrugged his shoulders. I could have gone instead in the line for the register long beforehand had I known. Everyone in the line at the register walked into the building after I had begun waiting at the deli counter. Not impressed and sad to say that we wont return tomorrow when were in the same area. We will take our business elsewhere.

Owners need to address the cash register debacle that creates long waits. There is a place for a second cash register to left of entrance & it is badly needed on weekends. Simple fix.Great sandwiches and friendly staff, vibe is good but so much better when the bar was able to serve.

Our family showed up to Dry Creek General Store at 1:30pm, after driving past earlier in the day and seeing tables with people eating food. We wanted to stop by for sandwiches in between winery tastings. Despite the web site listing 4pm as closing time, as we walked in someone on staff said they were closed and did not let us enter (note well that others were sitting outside eating sandwiches ). Very disappointed in the attitude.

Great sandwiches, coffee and bakery items! I have picked up sandwich orders from here for clients twice this last month and both times they were elated with them. Also have had the coffee, cookies and a breakfast ham biscuit that were super tasty. Theres a lot of outdoor seating (much of it nicely shaded) so you can relax and enjoy your goodies on-the-spot.

Old school country Store since 1881. Located in The Dry Creek Valley just a few minutes outside of Healdsburg. Great sandwiches and salads for a lunch or picnic at a winery. Super friendly employees. Grab a bag of the homemade potato chips! Awesome!Public bathrooms located in the bar attached to the store. Still a heartbreaker that the bar is no longer open for beer and wine. This was a really cool bar after a day of wine tasting for an ice cold beer. Hopefully opening again soon? Anyways, the store itself is well worth stopping by for. Very cool!

This is a great place to get sandwiches for a picnic at a winery. or to eat at the tables outside the store. Sandwiches have the gourmet appeal ($8-10) to wine tasters plus the basic sandwiches work for the local workers ($6).Either way, I;ve been coming to this store since the mid-1970s. I love the fresh sourdough rolls. This also serves as a local watering hole after hours.
