Ever since I heard about a firecracker of a college student paying for college by baking one yummy cheesecake at a time... I was hooked!!! SoCo, red velvet, pumpkin pie, oh my! Very delicious and very thick slices- no matter how you slice it. Highly recommend her cheesecakes!

I was traveling back to the South Bay Area from Santa Rosa and reached out to make a last minute cheesecake order. I was not disappointed...I was ableto pick up the special Pride cheesecake with a couple of hours notice! It was so delicious that the extra drive to the Sonoma area was well worth it!

I bought the blackberry cobbler cheesecake and it was simply amazing!Her cheesecake is not overly sweet nor is the crust! A fantastic balance of flavor and the texture is perfect. Its a tad puffy like NY style but dense enough that I fell madly head over heels!

For Father’s Day 2020 I ordered a Sonoma County style (vanilla filling) over a graham cracker curst. Topped with homemade chocolate whip cream and a chocolate drizzle. It was honestly the best cheesecake I have ever had and my family agrees as well. I cannot wait to order another one soon for the next special occasion. 🧀 🎂

My sister surprised my mom with one of College Confectionista Cheesecakes for her birthday this past weekend she loved it. To say she took a million photos of it. Presentation is beautiful and the taste is even better. I L O V E cheesecake and this is by far the best one. Every cheesecake I have ordered has never disappointed! The last cheesecake I had with my family was the “Peaches & Cream 🍑Classic SoCo style filling poured over a buttery graham cracker crust. Topped with fresh whip cream, a drizzle of homemade blueberry sauce, and farm picked Healdsburg peaches.“ It was absolutely delicious!! This cheesecake was creamy and not too sweet. Party pleaser as well! Highly recommended any Cheesecake for any occasion!✨

Delicious cheesecakes and inventive flavor combinations, with a lovely presentation! We opted for two seasonal selections: the Chocolate Chip Zucchini Bread Cheesecake and the Honey Pear Ginger. We are a family of accomplished bakers, and hang out with a lot of savy and opinionated restaurant peeps- and EVERYONE loved these cheesecakes! We would most definitely deem worthy of repeat business!!

Wasn’t the biggest cheesecake fan until I tried one of the College Confectionista Cheesecakes that I had at a graduation party! My life has been forever changed because of how delicious her cheesecake was! I first ordered a berry one with a berry puree and homemade whipped cream which was off the charts and most recently ordered a s’mores cheesecake for a camping trip with my family, which everyone went wild for! I love this cheesecake because it isn’t overly sweet, it’s very delicate (not heavy at all like most cheesecakes) and also has a very good aftertaste, leaving you wanting to eat pretty much the whole cake! My mouth is watering just thinking about it, can’t get any better than Anamaria’s cheesecake artistry!

I ordered a SoCo cheesecake this weekend and HANDS DOWN... best cheesecake I’ve ever had. I live in chicago and everyone there raves about a local cheesecake chain. Simply put - Yours is BETTER!!!
