Starbucks is fantastic as almost always, Ive only ever had one bad experience but it wasnt this Starbucks; THIS STARBUCKS, is awesome! I hate saying this, but Ive ordered the same drink online and come to pick up my Nitro Cold Brew with SWEET CREME. And it never has sweet creme in it. Literally every time. I hate complaining but like its so simple and I have to tell them that they missed it since I can tell with the color. Its the only starbucks I can go on my break. I work extra early mornings or late nights and having such a simple mistake like that happen every time is starting to bother me after the 5th time of ordering.

Wonderful staff here! They lent me USB charger for my phone, which was an absolute life saver!

Please beware that when someone orders Decaf, they mean it!!! I’m allergic to caffeine and the last 12 hours have been hell.

This is Fort Braggs daycare center for the homeless. Like mangy dogs running through your local café and folks taking their time in the bathroom to take showers? This is the place to go. Anything goes here. Sure, bring your dog in and let him eat out of his bowls on the floor! Too bad, since there are some super-nice employees, and Starbucks food is generally quite good.

The staff are always pleasant, the coffee and food are consistently good and, during this pandemic, they have been able to surpass anyone else in their quick and efficient service.

This is the Starbucks close to work. I walk past a Starbucks inside Safeway to get to this one. The workers are friendly and the bathrooms (there are two) are always clean. The fix-up bar is always stocked. If the half-n-half is empty, I am given a fresh jug when I hand the empty one back. Recently the counter was changed to open up counter space. I like that change. Good Luck!

Good space...starbucks

Very open atmosphere. Great for hanging out to chat or for working on a laptop. Service was fast and friendly despite most employees being new at the moment.

The employees were just standing and talking to each other and having personal conversations and they seemed to not care when we walked in and the place was empty and when we went up to the counter one of the employees who had glasses looked over and said just a minute and kept having a conversation with his other co workers. They kept their non work related conversation going until some older customer walked in and just cut in-front of my kids and started to order I didn’t notice because I was on my phone but when I looked over the guy had already ordered and his order was bigger than my kids so my kids had to wait longer. These employees are rude and I’m not coming back again.

Just got a salted caramel hot chocolate with coconut milk here. Best I ever had! Kudos to barista Karen. She provided quick and stellar service with a smile! ☕☕☕

The peach tea was good. Was able to get some work done.

Employee are rude. I was ordering a drink i saw on the internet and the lady had made a remark about it.

Friendly staff, made our business lunch meeting comfortable with easy access. Quality of all products is consistently great & they are always eager to please the customer. Thank you for that.

Starbucks is merely sweetened, cafinated drink that has little to do with coffee.

Staff somewhat slow, and pour heavy on the milk. Have turned back a few drinks that werent made right, and have seen others do the same.

Worst expensive sandwich Ive had in a long time

20 minutes to get a coffee. No one in line when we got there. Not even greeted for several minutes even though there were 4 staff members right in front of us and they all made eye contact with us. As Im writing this we still havent gotten our drinks.
