I shopped in Les Lunes for the first time this weekend and had such a wonderful experience. The sales team was incredibly friendly and helpful. as soon as i walked in i was greeted but on one was pushy with sales which i really appreciate. they were very knowledgeable about the brand and product and gave me good suggestions and honest opinions on how everything looked and fit on me. i ended up loving the paul jumpsuit. so happy i went into this shop!
Same experience online shopping as the other women. I received the dress, tried it on, didnt like it and initiated a return. I have contacted the company multiple times by email. Their IG hasnt been updated since August 2019. There is no one to get ahold of for customer service.
I absolutely love Les Lunes! I was lucky enough to discover it on a whim when I visited San Francisco last summer. Whenever I go up to Healdsburg, I always make an effort to swing by here. The staff is super knowledgeable about the products and incredibly friendly. The clothing is so soft and comfortable, I wear it any chance I get :D
I ordered some clothes online and some of them did not work for me so within a few days of receiving the order I contacted customer support to initiate a return. I got no response, so after a week I re-sent the email. There is no phone number to call or other way of contacting them except the customer support email, which they aren’t responding to. Now I’m worried that they won’t accept my return or refund my money. I’m going to have to dispute the charge with my credit card company in that case and it’s just a pain. It’s a real shame because the clothes are soft and seem well made, just some of them did not work for my body. I’ll update this review if I get any response or resolution about this issue.
Had an issue with a pair of pants sold to me here and Les Lunes was able to resolve for me quickly and efficiently. Thank you for your prompt and courteous service!
I placed an order on the German website of Les Lunes on 22.7.2019. The amount was immediately debited from the credit card and I received a confirmation of the order and a note that the goods would be prepared for shipping. After 2 weeks, I asked where my goods are. Then I got an email that the items are not available and must be re-produced. That would take 6-8 weeks. When asked to cancel my order, new suggestions were always made. I just wanted my money back. Since then I can not answer anymore. I have now set a deadline and will pass on the facts after my lawyer.
Keep your hands off the shop! I ordered something 3 weeks ago and still did not receive my goods. Then I wrote the provider an email and complained, because the money was immediately deducted from my credit card. No answer, instead a technically generated mail that already 300 packages have been sent. Well, nice - mine has not been there anyway. I would like to cancel now, but do not get an answer to my mail. Impossible! 0 stars, if thats the case.
