Healdsburg Metro PCS is an excellent store. Everyone that works there are more than happy to help me find exactly what Im looking for. Some of the employees go above and beyond to help. Always happy. I just wish they had a little more of a choice on accessories.
Paid for case with a new phone. Case was not in stock so one was ordered. Never was contacted by store. Went to the store twice to inquire and was told I would receive a call. Nothing!Another time I was having a phone problem. I was told I could be helped for $$$. But the atm card reader wasnt working. No problem gave them cash. I believe dishonest employees are pocketing the cash.Not setting foot in that store again.I have purchased three phones at this store. The last phone was for my wife 2017 Christmas gift minus the case. No more!
Healdsburg Metro has phones in every price range. From Cheap to Iphones. The representatives are very knowlegable and people friendly.

The service is bad, I bought a phone last week it was not for me, it was for a niece, and it turns out that they gave me that it has a one-year warranty, the phone did not work, it had a charge when I bought it, when that charge ran out, my niece put it to charge. And I never charge, it does not turn on today I went to complain on the phone and they do not want to answer me, they tell me that it is the phone company that has to do it, I call the phone company and they tell me that it is the subway that has to answer any The companies want to take charge, I write this so that they do not make sure of their guarantees and that they go to answer because now I do not know who to turn to when one and the other make the ball without being responsible.
