I will never do business with this company again. I ordered a sparkling wine counter pressure machine and paid several hundred dollars more than elsewhere because they have a rep near here. When it came in, it was the wrong unit. It was for filling beer bottles. Champagne bottles didnt fit. The rep picked up the machine the next day because they mistakenly sent me the machine meant for a brewery. The understanding was that they were going to send up the correct unit. After taking the unit, the owner decided to just send up some nozzles to replace mine. I refused because he wouldnt provide me with evidence that it was the same machine as for sparkling and beer and wine have different pressures, etc... He has now refused to refund all my money! Hes charging me a 15% restocking fee for their mistake! Now I have to take them to small claims court. Very unethical behavior.

Not to mention the trucking costs and whatnot. I was a little disturbed by the compressor going out at such low hours, but all the generosity from your establishment has truly overshadowed the mechanical failure of the machine. Thank you!
