Service was on-time and prompt. Only reason they didnt get 5 stars was the lounge didnt have wifi so it was a little difficult to do work while waiting. Instead went out and got breakfast, good food in town. And I thought it might get a wash prior to me getting it back. No worries, I can wash it.Overall a nice experience, would recommend them.
My 20K service and recall fix on my 2019 Raptor went very well, I made the appointment online, I was called to confirm, to answer any questions, and to note that my time was moved 30 minutes later so that I did not needlessly arrive to early. It is a 156 mile round trip for me to go to W. C. Sanderson Ford. Being so far away I had to wait there for the work to be done, the time told to me to get the service done was accurate and was not delayed and I appreciate that.It is regrettable that the ford dealership local to me does not meet the same standards that W. C. Sanderson Ford does, so I will be making the 156 mile round trip for the future service work done on my truck.

I feel like this dealership should have been remodeled in 1975. Located in one of NorCals most expensive areas and instead of representing the future of Ford (technology, comfort, etc.), this place looks like where your dad bought his Ford Fairlane.
I spoke with Mr. John Reyes, the internet/fleet manager, about transferring my 2 Ford Bronco reservations over to their dealership. I wanted to get away from the higher volume dealership that I currently had my reservations with.I have done a bit of research ahead of time, and Ford dealerships are required to honor 2021 Bronco reservations up until March 19th, 2021, which is the deadline for converting reservations to orders. Well, John stated that he would not allow me to transfer my reservations to the dealership because my orders would subsequently bump people who were already reserved at the dealership.Ford explicitly allows for reservation holders to transfer their reservations to their dealership of choice, and thus convert those reservations to orders before March 19th. So John is specifically denying me the ability to transfer my reservation, which goes directly against Ford policy.The experience of buying a new vehicle is already stressful enough as it is. It is very disappointing to get brushed aside by a sales manager who is clearly violating Ford policy. I have forwarded the emails to Ford Corporate. Hopefully Ford can enforce their policy with others, so people dont get brushed off like I just did.I would stay clear of this dealership. If they are willing to violate policy this blatant, who knows what else theyll do.
Couldnt get the info I wanted using the internet so I called and spoke to Trevor and told him what I was looking for and he said he had the exact vehicle on the lot. Skeptical but I went down there and it was actually there! I test drove the truck and one other just to compare and the deal was done. No BS, no upsells, no credit and financing tricks. I was shocked. Completely straight forward people and a breath of fresh air. If you need a Ford you should definitely call these guys.

I had to purchase my new truck from w c Sanderson Ford. All the other dealerships in the area were too hard to deal with too much high pressure towards sales. The sales experience was great the people are normal down to earth. And they take care of you after sales also. I had a small cosmetic issue with my new truck and I brought it back to the dealership and there were several people interested in helping me all at the same time really a nice experience.

If I could give this Service Center a lower star rating I would.Immediately after my warranty period expired but while still under a service contract I brought my 2012 Edge to this dealership for routine maintenance. I was told once the service was completed that my power steering line was leaking and would need to be replaced. They didnt have the parts and it would take a few weeks to get on the schedule. The estimate was $500.I was skeptical that there really was an issue as there was no indication (in liquid level or performance) that anything was wrong.When I had it serviced again at the original dealership (Towne Ford- Have never had an issue) they confirmed there was no issue.WC sent me a customer review survey and needless to say I gave them a negative review but outside that did not give any other reviews.A few months later I decided to give them another shot as they were conveniently located. Maybe it was a bad diagnosis, who knows. I needed an extended warranty repair done on my vehicle. I asked if they had the part in stock or if it was something that is readily available, Cheryl couldnt answer but we set up the appointment anyway and she indicated a Tim would be calling me.Tim then called me and indicated that because I had given them a bad review he didnt want to service my vehicle. He then went on to lecture about how long he has been in business and how highly rated his service center is. Well, if you run off anyone who ever gives you a bad review (privately on their own survey) its not hard to believe how they keep their high rating.They sure love to fill my mailbox with unsolicited mail every week despite not wanting my business.I called the other local dealership (Hansel) and was able to quickly and easily set up an appointment, they told me how long it would take (same day and yes they had the parts), and walk me through what I was experiencing with the vehicle to confirm if the problem I was having was covered by the extended warranty.I also called Ford CS to make a complaint. Well see what happens with that.In short: Poor customer service, limited parts inventory, and untrustworthy service.

Tim Sanderson refused to help us with our 2016 Ford Focus buy back from a class action lawsuit in regards to the transmission. We no longer lived in the town we had purchased the Ford. After being contacted by the Ford Company, all paperwork done. They sent us to WC Sanderson Ford. We had heard decent reviews and figured if he helped us we would become future customers. After paperwork and check sent the dealership, Tim Sanderson refused to finish the buy back paperwork. Stated it took too much of his time and he did not want to be bothered, then refused to send the check back to the Ford Company which caused a great delay. Meanwhile the transmission problems became worse. The owner was grumpy and not customer friendly at all.
I have dealt with sanderson Ford many years and have purchased new and used vehicles from them. Always treated very friendly and welcomed.They went out of way for warranty and non warranty issues .They covered a few things under warranty that I had taken in to get fixed and they could have billed me. Found out when picked up vehicle Ford had problem with and was willing to warranty.
Dropped off my vehicle to have an oil changed asked if they could look at why the windshield wiper washer was not working. When I picked up my vehicle I was told the tube supplying the windshield wiper washer came disconnected. I was charged $50 for the mechanic to reconnected it and put a zip tie on it. Run told me the $50 charge was to cover the zip tie and technicians time to install it. Ron actually told me, in the future if I dont want to be charged for such things dont ask them to look at it. Dont get me wrong I expect to pay for repairs on my vehicle but $50 for a zip tie is ridiculous anyway you look at it. I was told by the woman at the service desk that the majority of their business comes from locals. Well if thats the case Sanderson Ford and especially Ron in the service the department should be ashamed of themselves for treating their neighbors like this.

Good people in parts. I have had good experience with sales. However the most recent sales experience was not productive. I walked out because of post surgery back pain. Mr. Sanderson didnt seem to care about me setting for long periods causing me great discomfort.
