If you want the absolute worst customer service experience of your life, go in here and get incorrect advice and then have the be super aggressive at you while you try to ask another worker for help.The manager was supporting her staff by letting him give me wrong advice on something he then admitted he didnt know. And he literally harassed me when I came back in after I said I dont want to talk to him several times. After explaining myself too many times, they faked being sorry in an extremely condescending way and didnt have the part i need. I 100% believe they had the piece because they lied to me the entire time I was there and seemed to really be having fun with it.I have no idea his name but I really doubt hes not a complete arrogant man to his coworkers or other people.

Poor service really hurts this otherwise decent store. Do you want to be acknowledged when you come into a store while waiting on que for an employee?Well you are going to have to go elsewhere, for even if they are not helping someone else on the phone or im person, ignored you will be until such time they feel like doing their job. Which sometimes takes 5 min or more. Super inconsiderate esp in an empty store.

The parts counter people are not very friendly. They made me feel like I was a bidden and they had more impotent things to do. I would NEVER treat my customers like that. It was the same the last two times I came in, that won’t happen again. I will go elsewhere from now on!
