Carreras provided exceptional service and satisfaction. I walked in unannounced for a quote. Alex immediately greeted me and dropped what he was doing to assist my needs. I was in and out in 5 minutes and he even took over all necessary communication with my insurance provider. Insurance Partnered Auto Body — I HIGHLY recommend to all! I decided to select Carreras Auto Body, after learning that a collision center I used years ago was no longer contracted with my insurance! I was not wanting to utilize one particular auto body shop local in Sonoma county and felt as though options were limited … so I depended on the most recent reviews of Carreras in Healdsburg, Ca a short drive from my home. What surpassed my expectations was the HONEST, hard work and great customer service, not to mention spectacular results repairing/replacing my rear bumper, back door hatch, new rear lights etc.Interestingly, my car (Prius C) even ran better after picking up the car. The emergency brake was tightened and my car was cleaned up, vacuumed and wiped down—in way better shape than the way she arrived. One important accommodation was having access to a loaner car at no charge just a full tank of gas upon return! I’d recommend proper coordination and scheduling with the owners/staff to ensure a loaner is available. I had previously removed my rental car coverage a few years back and completely forgot! I do work in east bay… I was provided with a nice, clean Chevy Malibu! The ride was smooth and comfortable!After this experience, I’ll definitely return if any unforeseen event occurs requiring repair (hopefully not) and I’ll recommend Carreras Auto Body to all people I know that are local to Sonoma county! My 75 year old mother was hit by another driver and her beloved 2005 Honda Civic was very damaged. Both her insurance and the other drivers have been super unthoughtful and uncaring. I live outside the state, so it has been very stressful and we thought we would have to accept the little $ offered by insurance and spend lots of time and pay out of pocket to make her whole again. The quotes we got by the insurances certified shops to repair were astronomical and buying another car is impossible on her income. In fact they told us it was not worth fixing her car. But then we found Carreras!!! I cannot describe to you how caring this place is. They not only told my mom it was worth fixing, but gave my mother a fair and honest quote. The result of the repair is beyond what we ever expected. If you are like we were, lost and not knowing who to trust, look no more. You have found the right people and you will be in good hands. They picked up my mothers mangled car at her home in Santa Rosa and dropped off the cute shiny car she used to have, or better. She literally had to do nothing but pay them. Took my car here to have a scratch fixed and had the most wonderful experience!! They had a free loaner car, made the drop off process SUPER easy, had the car done a day sooner than I was expecting AND when I picked the car up today - it looked brand new!! Carreras Auto Body is amazing! They are always prompt, courteous and provide excellent work. As a business owner, with over 13 business vehicles, we need body work often. Dan and his crew always take the time to come to our location to provide a quote. They make it convenient for US, the customer. We never have to jump through hoops to get our vehicles to them and they always deliver when promised. The damage is GONE and the vehicle looks brand new. Their prices are fair, considering the competition. I highly recommend this shop.

Dan and the whole team at Carreras are great.My son was rear ended in my wifes car on a Sunday. He called me and on the way I called Carreras. I was at the accident site for 20 minutes when the tow service arrived. The women who had hit him could not believe it since they had called 20 minutes before me and there was still no sign of their tow service even when I left 30 minutes later.We live in Sebastopol, and the next morning a loaner car was delivered to our home. It was a clean, new car and was more then we could have hoped for. Dan at Carreras handled the negotiations with the insurance companies and stood his ground when they requested he use inferior parts or processes. I knew I was in good hands and that he was looking out for our best interests, not those of the insurance companies.He sent us pictures of the process as the car was repaired, and the end result was a like new car, clean inside and out, which was delivered to our home.The process was painless, the job was done professional, I felt well represented and the car looked better then when it went in.I would not hesitate to recommend Carreras to my friends or family.Thanks Dan and crew!!!!

Im really satisfied with my experience with Carreras Auto Body, even though my car ended up being considered totaled they treated me with respect and grace. They even allowed me to keep the loaner car over the weekend while I tried to figure out what I was going to do. As I was picking up my things from my wrecked car, the owner, Joe, went over my car pointing out all of the imperfections from past body work that had been done to the vehicle. I had no idea that anything had been done to the car before, but they were able to pinpoint everything. I didnt get my car looked at before I purchased it, but I will from now on by Joe. Good thing its already gone, but it just sucks that the dealership didnt tell me anything.

Best workmanship, great communication. I had concerns and questions, and they took care of everything. My car looks gorgeous!

They were closed hours trying to get an estimate. On their website it stated that they were open. I drove approximately 28 miles to the shop only to find that it was closed. Unsure how the service or quality of performance is I never had the opportunity. This posting is rating the web page hours of availability.

Someone hit our parked car in the grocery store parking lot and although weve used Carreras Autobody before, they were the preferred shop by the insurance company too. They came to our office to look at the damages and to write up the work order. They scheduled the service right away and even organized the (brand new) rental car we were provided from the insurance company and it was waiting for us at drop off. We also had a pre-existing cracked windshield that we decided to replace at they same time, and their price was less then everywhere else Ive checked.They are true professionals from start to finish. I hired Carreras to install a broken passenger window when I got the truck back they had left masking tape and the manufactures sticker on the new glass and the window wouldnt roll down completely. Totally unprofessional!!!!
