The folks at Mugaini are top notch! To anyone contemplating a pizza oven, look no further! We purchased a built in pizza oven for our home kitchen and ran into some trouble with our local Building Department, John stepped right up and helped us muddle through it. We could not have passed our final building inspection without his support. Shopping local truly paid off! Amazon, Overstock, Wayfair, etc. would not have been able to help us in any way. Do your homework and you’ll see why it’s design, thermal density, and craftsmanship earns its place as the best. It’s the Stradivarius of wood fired cooking.When you’re buying the Maserati of wood fired ovens, it only makes sense that the customer service would match the product. Working with my salesperson Steve, I immediately knew that I was in the company of someone who understood every element of this finally tuned culinary machine. Grateful for all the time he spent on the phone with me, and trust me he spent a lot of time. Cannot recommend him or this woodfired oven more highly. Dont even think about not going with one of these pizza ovens! We purchased one several months ago and our landscapers were challenged by putting it together. The customer service and guidance was well above and beyond and they helped us so much. The oven is beautiful and you can actually do the finishes exactly how you like it in the ones that you assemble yourself. I did a combination of old world stone and granite and love the finished product. I am excited to make a day trip soon to their facility and take a class.
