Always had great service when using this UPS store. I mostly just use it for notary and my Amazon returns. The workers are friendly and helpful.
This ups store is fast and very attentive there only was a line for less then a minute and I was insine like a minute and the staffs were very professional

I never had any problems dealing with this ups store. The people are very helpful and also very knowledgeable of the services they provide.
Not forthcoming on service being provided/ unhelpful, after being told that a package would be received late the next day via UPS it turns out they shipped it with the postal service and charge twice the rate for the same service !!! When confronted with this, denied all of it and wash their hands of any culpability. Best to ask very carefully about services being provided.
I use this store location exclusively and I find them to be courteous and kind, they always are eager to help. I suggest this location to everyone.
Trust me, use another location or delivery service!Had a package go awry during home delivery so the sender made arrangements to have it delivered to the nearest ups store for me to pick up. Went to pick up and the older woman at the counter did everything in her power to NOT be helpful, telling me that if I didnt have an account, I couldn’t retrieve my package from their store and she would send it back if it arrived there. I explained that no one was at the address during the day to sign for it, and proposed a few solutions, such as waiting for it outside to meet the delivery van to sign for it, and a few other ideas. She seemed to get off on shooting down each one and repeating that I’d have to open an account. My package did arrive there, but she then sent it to the regional ups center in Tamaqua, 15 miles away (30 round trip). You know how some people seem to delight in the power trip of the petty functionary? That’s her.I also had an Amazon return and they insisted on charging me almost $3 to print out a label, bc amazon hadnt issued a qpr code with the label. Nickle-and-diming your customers while going out of your way to be unhelpful is not a business plan I’d expect with ups. Abhorrent customer service!

Horrible customer service
Had an appointment to get my employees fingerprints done. They drove from 2hours away to have them done. When we got there they refused to do them. Wasted my time. Manager is a clown.

Im Wilson Lora (THE RECEIVER), Yane is my wife and everything that she said about you is true and btw you have the worst customer service ever.I cant understand how one friend of mine sent to me a package as a gift for Christmas from your UPS store to Doral, FL and almost 31 days after Im still waiting for my package because youd never deliver it to a right address instead of that you took and delivered to a some wrong address and unknown person, without offer to me or the shipper any warning or apologies for the situation.

The store hours listed on Google are not the right store hours for this business. The correct hours are 7:00 am to 6:00 pm Mon - Fri & Saturday 9:00 am to 12:00 pm, closed Sunday

This is the worst store in history. We sent a package a month ago and this is the date in which we still dont have the package, we had to claim by our own because they did not even communicate to inform about the incidents with the package and the only thing they notified is that we have to wait, that the package is under investigation. A month already waiting and when we go to the Store the magic word of them is that we have to wait and that they can not do anything ... The worst service in history.
THIS PLACES CHARGES FOR THINGS AFTER THE FACT AND NEVER TELLS YOU A PRICE UNTIL AFTER THERE DONE. THEY WILL CHARGE YOU A SERVICE FEE AND A FEE FOR EVEN A 1 PIECE OF TAPE AND NEVER TELL YOU IT A CHARGE UNTIL AFTER THEY DO IT. THEY DO THINGS WITHOUT ASKING CUSTOMER AND CHARGE YOU FOR IT. I ASKED FOR A BOX AND THEY CHARGED ME FOR THE BOX AND A SMALL PIECE OF TAPE AS EXTRA CHARGE EVEN THOUGH I NEVER ASKED THEM TO DO ANYTHING FOR ME. I CONTACTED THE MANAGER AND I WAS TOLD GOOD LUCK, GO FOR IT DUDE IN A EMAIL WHEN I SAID I WOULD GOTO THE BBB AND FTC ON THE MATTER.
