-This review is more for the U-haul app than this location-Probably the best rental experience Ive ever had! I used the mobile app to pick up and drop off the 10 foot truck I used. The app was so easy to use, very user friendly. The keys were in a lock box on the side of the building. The app gives you the code. So easy to use!I did speak with an employee very briefly and they were so kind. But I didnt really interact with them otherwise.Use the app next time, its so easy!

The manager was yelling in my face without a mask on. She tried to lie to us about fuel consumption when I know better (Ive driven plenty of box trucks and bigger for jobs), so I confronted her about it, and she blew her top. Ive self quarantined since then, so if I am diagnosed with COVID I can substantiate evidence that this disgusting, trashy person infected me.She assumed I speak fluent Spanish. I get that this is Hazleton... but its still primarily an English speaking country. Dont be disrespectful.The curly-haired kiddo had a terrible attitude with us, which is what led to speaking with the manager.I will update after I follow through with corporate and verify that they have indeed taken disciplinary action.

Dont ever go there pick another theyre all ignorant flux and will charge your credit card without authorization

The short chubby Hispanic girl doesnt really know how to do her job very well she gets rude at times and I explained to her what I was doing with the U-haul and I dont know if she couldnt understand me or if I spoke in a different language but the next thing I know I get a phone call from the regional office in Scranton and I was told by the gentleman there that if I didnt get into the office or return the truck by the end of that day I was going to be arrested! After speaking with the gentleman letting him know what was going on and what I was doing and that I tryed explain that to the Hispanic girl he tried to explain to me that there was no language barrier but I dont believe thats true or maybe she may have a learning disability IDK?

Havent been to u Haul in quite a few years and I was pleasantly surprised. Rent a cargo van for my business needs and I was extremely pleased. From start to finish the process was extremely efficient the price was right and I will be definitely taking my business there as I was dealing with another national chain who recently changed their policies. Thank you U-Haul.

Do not rent from here!!! This was our first and going to be only experience with U-Haul. We were very careful to read everything regarding renting a truck beforehand. We reserved one weeks in advance for a two day period. Showed up only to find out that they were only going to let us rent it for a 24 hour period. We had to do all of our moving in that time as we could not take any additional time off from work to do it at another time. We weren’t finished with moving the furniture until 3am. Came back to return this truck the next day to have over an $800 charge. Everything only should have been $600. They charged us multiple times for things that should have only been charged once; like the daily insurance charge. Tacked on major fees including gas fees even though we filled the tank up to what it was when we rented the truck. The manager was incredibly rude and took no time to explain anything regarding the rental or talk about all the fees. Mind you, this truck had no radio or air conditioning which made a very uncomfortable ride to Long Island. We disputed the charge and it went all the way to corporate who never had time to call, we always had to follow up about our case. We will NEVER rent from U-Haul again. They have the worst managers and customer service at corporate.

Great Place! Great Service! They are friendly, helpful, and always have what I need. They are flexible and willing to help you get what you need for any trip. Highly recommend using this Uhaul.

This is the absolute last time me or anyone I know or talk to will rent or buy anything from U-HAUL. I belong to a volunteer fire department and we rented a truck to go pick up some equipment. The Chief reserved the truck online and it asked for the estimated milege he put in 120 miles and it gave him a price for 89 cents per mile plus tax and fees. The price that was quoted was $111.00, when we returned the truck they said we drove 180 miles and we only drove the 120 miles he estimated. We complained but it fell on deaf ears, we ended up paying over $300.00, this place is definitely run by a bunch of lowlife ripoffs, its bad when you take advantage of volunteer firefighters who work hard to raise their money.

Super ignorant Spanish girl makes me wait out back 15 min for propane refill. And tow trailers parked all over the back couldnt even turn my car around!

Honestly, I cannot express enough how much these guys helped me out! I had a hitch installed at a Uhaul in Ypsilanti, Michigan in August 2014, and by the time I went to hook up a trailer again in December 2014, the wiring was rusted & burned out. As a result, the wiring was defective - Uhaul employee initially could not connect the wiring & tried to create a new connection (and the wiring sparked/caught on fire). The two guys working worked with me for 2 hours to get a new wiring system installed, and did not charge me for labor or parts (especially grateful because of the disappointing work of the Uhaul in Michigan). Because of their awesome help, I was able to leave according to plan for my long trip back home to NH. Thanks guys!!

The general manager was not friendly towards me or the customer ahead of me on Thursday March 30, 2017 . Customer service rate 0. He was rude and very judgemental. Truck was dirty and sounded like it was going to fall apart. When returning the truck, our welcome was Wheres the keys . The manager overall treated us like crap.. Id give 0 stars if I could.

This is the worst place ever you want to rent a truck in my experience I rent a truck moving from Texas to Pennsylvania and when I drop off the truck they inspected and sign the documents and I was cleared next thing I know the charge my card for miss used of equipment And they charged without any notice up to now no response from then....whatch out

I just got one thing to say about this place watch out for fraud make sure you take pictures when you return your rental cause they will try to overcharge you
