Our 14 x 30 fiberglass inground pool was just completed by Doctor Feelgoodes. The process has gone smooth and fantastic! John has been nothing but helpful to us to make our dream a reality. The crews he has working for him from digging to concrete to fence have all been very good to work with and very professional! From our experience, I would recommend Doctor Feelgoodes to anyone. We have done research and shopping for this project almost 3 years until we finally went for it. I am very satisfied we choose Doctor Feelgoodes to build our backyard oasis!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They replaced a liner the new one had a hole in it. The next one they put in warped my pool they used wood screws to attach the caps around the pool some were just laying in the yard. They could not get the correct bolts they told me they dont make them anymore? Few min online got the correct parts and have to fix my self.

I cannot speak for the location in Hazleton but this is a warning for anyone looking at the location in Bethlehem or Tannersville. Do yourself a huge favor and look elsewhere. Do your homework and read reviews here, on Yelp, and FB. People dealing with John Laputka beware. You will only see him when the deal is made, after that good luck. He never came by the jobsite. He constantly causes unnecessary delays that he will always blame on the weather or his contractors. Ive caught him is a lie numerous times. Ever hear of a snake oil salesman...this is John. Buyer beware...you were warned.

WORST PLACE EVER!!BEWARE!!! STAY AWAY!!! MARK PROMISES THE WORLD TIL HE GET YOUR MONEY!! HE LIES, THE INSTALLERS ARE THE WORST! TOOK THEM 2 WEEKS TO PUT MY ABOVE GROUND POOL IN, THEN LEFT A MESS AND THERE CIGARETTE BUTTS ALL OVER MY YARD, HAD TO REPLACE 2 PUMPS, THEN MARK SAID I WAS RUDE TO HIS INSTALLER AND NOBODY WILL BE AT MY HOUSE AGAIN??? I HAVE A WARRANTY, WAS PROMISED A WINTER COVER NOW SAYS THEY ARE $80 AND HE NEVER PROMISED ME ONE WITH MY POOL? HE ALSO STATES HE IS BBB CREDITED?? UNTRUE!! HE ALSO GAVE ME A HOSE FOR MY VACUUM TO SHORT DO DO THE WHOLE POOL? THE AQUA FILTERS HE SELLS WITH HIS POOLS ARE CHEAP JUNK!! BEWARE AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. HAD TO FILE CHARGES WITH MAGISTRATE ON HIM WITH ALL HIS LIES, HE WILL NO LONGER ANSWER CALLS OR EMAIL SO HAVE TO GO THE LEGAL WAY!!! I HAVE ALL HIS EMAIL WITH DATES TO SHOW HOW HE LIES!! BTW THEY TOOK DOWN THERE FACEBOOK PAGE BECAUSE OF TOO MANY COMPLAINTS???

They do not return your calls when there is a problem. Im missing pieces like my auto vacuum that came with my package. They gave me a hose that was too short to reach the entire length of the pool for the manual vacuum My pump leaks terrible from the day it was installed and the installers also broke a top cap and still havent brought a new one back. This business does not take care of its customers. I will never buy from them again.

They installed our inground pool and it is faulty on so many levels. There are so many things wrong with it I could take up paragraphs. They refuse to fix any of it. They failed inspection and the inspector even had to track them down. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
