I had a very satisfying experience at Northeast Hearing Solutions. Because of my work schedule, Nevin was willing to stay late. I have worn hearing aids for 11 years and needed new ones. I was able to finance, unlike at my regular Audiologist. Also, when the first pair didnt work for me, I was able to return for another set. I would highly recommend.

Phenomenal service for hearing aids. I was given an excellent explanation of the aids and new technology. The attention to detail is unbeatable. I never felt rushed and was encouraged to ask questions. The device is amazing and extremely comfortable. Highly recommend northeast hearing solutions.

My mother went to Northeast Hearing Solutions in December 2018 to purchase hearing aids. She is very hard of hearing & wanted to get hearing aids to hear better. She went back multiple times because she was struggling on how to use them. She never really was able to use them or insert them into her ear properly. She also complained of ringing in her ears when watching TV. They cost $4000.00 and sit in a drawer. She had faith that the doctor would help her hear again with these hearing aids. She thought this doctor would help her in the end to improve her hearing. She was wrong. The return policy demands that they can only be returned within 30 days. Northeast Hearing Solution sold my mother’s loan to a credit company. Northeast Hearing Solutions has no interest in improving my mother’s hearing issues or any other elderly person. They already got her money. Do not go to this place. They take advantage of the elderly with limited income. When my mom kept struggling with the hearing aids they should have offered her an alternate solution or give her a refund.
