3 stars because the drink are usually good but the associates are not. They dont acknowledge new customers or verbally say the names of orders that are ready. I shouldnt have to be cross contaminating everyone elses drinks trying to find mine. It happens every time I come in and it doesnt matter who is working.

It took over twenty minutes to get two food items, one of which was just a pastry. It was still the morning rush and everyone was working really hard, but I do wish they had warned people that the food wait would be so long when they ordered. The staff was trying their best but the system for getting out food orders seemed poorly designed. I couldnt discern any logical order for how they were doing things.

And some felt this wouldnt be popular place!!! This place is ALWAYS busy and located next to a medical marijuana, ETHOS store. Brilliant: Java and Jane ;o)

Really enjoyed my Coffee Frappichino. Service was friendly and quick. Also had a chicken sandwich and pastries. Worth a visit.

Really friendly, clean, and got my order right. But took 10 minutes to make 1 venti frap. They were really busy in the drive through and I came inside. But there were 5 girls behind the counter there was NO NEED for it to take that long.I came at 3pm on a Friday

This is your everyday average Starbucks but I have been waiting in the store for over 20 minutes just to get a regular cup of coffee. They need to work on staffing or allow order ahead. The store does not accept order ahead.

I see why people like it so much, my first time there in 17 years and I gotta say its really good there. I paid $7.00 for a chi Latta but well worth it 👌.

All online sources including their app stated the store was open. Made a half hour drive there to find a sign saying “the store was closed due to flooding”…. On top of the hazleton mountain.I’ve had multiple issues with both this store and the Bloomsburg store now.

Made mobile order and waited. People came in and ordered and got theyre stuff faster. Went up and made sure they got my order and they said they did. Waited 45 minutes and watched people come and go in the store and the drive thru and getting they’re orders. Finally went up and said I wanted a refund and they said they would make it then. I was over it and late already. People need to learn how to prioritize orders. This location is a mess.

Staff was nice, the location is convenient, and it’s well-kept for now. However, the drive-thru wait is ridiculous. For me, it took 20 minutes before I placed my order and another 25 minutes before I reached the window. I wasn’t exactly impressed with how my coffee tasted, either. It differed from other locations in that it lacked flavor and was poorly mixed. I hope this location tries to improve a bit.

We are on a long trip from southern MD to upstate NY for work and decided to make this our 1st stop after 3 hours.The service was not warm maybe coz it was 7 a.m but no one greeted us as we entered or approached the counter to place our 4 orders individually. So it was not just me. The food was hot and tasted good 👍 so plus there.I have had friendlier service from Starbucks.

Ordered an on the go and waited in the drive-through for over 20 minutes for four cars in front of me I got my drink and it was cold and melted and they couldn’t even remake it for me even though we asked him if it was still hot it was a hot latte

Drive thu took over 30 mins and the line was not even long.

One star because of the wait.Mobile Order for two people pick via drive thru took 20minutes. Walk in for half of our party of 2 took another 20. And these were NOT even customized drinks!Awful. And no apologies for the wait whatsoever. It’s so Unlike of Starbucks culture !

This starbucks literally messes up my drink every time I have ever went there. I know it sounds like Im exaggerating but after 6 attempts different tries at getting a cold brew they have yet to make it correctly. Usually I pay for an espresso shot that I dont end up getting, or the gentlemen just doesnt put sugar in my drink for no reason. I know the place is always busy but they also had 6 people working and I literally tipped a dollar fifty and they still didnt get my 6 dollar drink correct. Done with them, no more chances from me at this location.

Most tasteless everything bagel Ive EVER had.... and I ordered it with butter, which I had to spread on myself from nearly frozen butter packets.... are you kidding me???STOP BEING AFRAID AND PUT THE DAMN BUTTER ON IT.got 2 stars because they actually were nice

Ive been coming here for over a year and within the past few months the quality of the drinks have dropped significantly, and they are almost always made wrong. Save the hassle and just drive a few more miles to the next closest Starbucks. The next closest one from here rarely ever gives me a bad or incorrect drink.

Service was horrible, store was trashed, on shift manager (He) was a complete slob with a poor attitude towards his employees and customers. This Starbucks location/store is by far the worst I’ve been in.

Best coffee around. I can finally drive out of my way on my way to work for a awesome cup of coffee. Staff is great and very nice. Ive had one or two mistakes with my orders but they were very apologetic and quickly fixed my order.

Waste of time, cant get orders out quickly enough . Although the place is always crowded theres no excuse for waiting 15 minutes to order . Im not sure if its possible to get to this place at the “right time “ always busy. Go to dunkin.

Very nice new Starbucks with outdoor seating and plenty of parking. Bathrooms were clean. The place was packed so there was a bit of a wait, but no more than expected for the number of people. One star off because there were too many people inside for proper social distancing, but the folks behind the counter were either too busy to notice or didnt feel comfortable asking people to wait outside.

More often than not the drive thru line is super long. The line snakes around the gigantic building. An insider tip: get out of the car and walk inside for faster, friendly, caring service. If Starbucks is your thing this one is consistent with all the rest. As for me, Ill take the 30 second ride up the street and hit up the Turkey Hill for coffee.

My boyfriend and I ordered from this location very often and let me just say I ordered EXTRA carmel drizzle which is what a $1.00 more? There was absolutely no carmel drizzle in my coffee which also had no flavor. When I said is this extra carmel drizzle she was very cocky and said um yes. There was no drizzle on top or on sides of cup so I do not understand how that was extra. I ordered 3 of the same drink. Absolutely gross, I could not finish it. get the same drink at other locations and it tastes great, this tasted burnt and did not have any white chocolate mocha flavor when i also order 6 pumps of. So disappointed with the $15 i wasted today. Very rude customer service. They genuinely do not care.

I used to be an avid Dunkin donuts fan only. Recently Ive discovered that I actually really like Starbucks especially because it seemed like every Starbucks I went to the baristas were trained to be so awesome nice and polite. Not true at this Starbucks. The baristas I dealt with today, all but one was short and kurt, I ordered a red velvet loaf slice and the barista crammed the slice icing first into the paper so all the icing stuck to the paper as opposed to coming out with the cake as I ate it. I ordered an iced coffee and this is the only Starbucks Ive ever gone to where they dumped the milk into the ice coffee after doing everything else and they didnt stir it shake it or anything it was just milk on top and coffee on bottom. So disappointed but I guess thats what we can expect from hazletonGoing recently I give it more than one star is because although the service sucked, Starbucks drinks and food are exceptional

Bad customer service. I ordered 3 drinks. 2 pink drink and 1 caramel ribbon crunch. When I ordered the girl in the register didn’t say anything if they are out of product. I paid. When I wanna get the drink I asked them, why you guys didn’t put the fruits? He told me I out of it. And also for you caramel crunch. I don’t have crunch too. I asked him. Why don’t you guys told me earlier before I pay so I can change my order? There’s a RUDE GUY THAT MADE MY ORDER. He told hey don’t yelling at me. I told him I’m not. Bad store

Hazleton Starbucks is excellent! I ordered on app GB or drive thru. The line was too long so I went inside and they gave me my order very quickly. Excellent Service!

Product is always good BUT the drive through is a DISASTER!!!! ALWAYS SLOW!!!! Not sometimes, ALWAYS!!! It should never take 20 minutes for a drive through coffee. I won’t be back until the inside is open for business.

Very good, what you want from a Starbucks for it to taste the same, either in PA, or San Fran.

Sat in the drive thru for an hour for 1 pink drink just to get to the window to be told they were out of the mix. All young kids working, standing around looking clueless(although Im sure they got screwed into working when they are less experienced.Cant say i would have much enthusiasm either. Been there.) My complaint isnt necessarily the kids working....its the apparently awful managers that plague all of our local Starbucks.

Drive thru line was super long and it took over 2o minutes to finally get my coffee order..I was not impressed. A coffee run should never take that long!

Drive through is always ridiculously slow and you get stuck in the line. Drinks are consistently mediocre.

Visited a few days after opening and I thought they were already moving at a pretty good pace. The place is very clean and bright with lots of windows. Seating is decent inside, but it is one of the smaller Starbucks locations. Lots of outdoor seating, so if its a nice day, you can definitely grab a spot there.Great location off of 81, too. Just about 30 seconds off either direction. All of the employees were extremely nice, too, and I had a pleasant experience. Will definitely stop by again.

Drink was smaller than most . I get a venti Frappuccino and usually they put it in a trenta cup with another cup let over . This one was in a venti not even close to full and a very long wait .

I disagree with the comment about management treating the staff “terribly “! I go into this establishment almost daily and I have never once seen any barista including management treat anyone with anything but respect! I also haven’t ever seen any one of them giving poor customer Service, every time I go in I’m greeted and everyone is always polite and smiling! The drinks are great, yeah I’ve had a drink time and again made incorrectly but they always have no problem making it right! So glad this area finally got a Starbucks!!

A typical Starbucks, but the interior is very stark and not welcoming at all. Also, wait times are extremely long! I thought that this would get better the longer this location was open, but I have noticed no decrease in wait times at all. Make sure you have at least 20 minutes to wait for two drinks.

There’s been times this location has been understaffed, but the morning crew is the friendliest bunch of people! They go above and beyond to make me feel at home. I was having a particularly bad day last Friday, and the three girls who were working totally lifted my spirits. I’ve since asked for their names because I was so blown away by them. Ordered 3 Venti Iced Lattes. Waited at the window for 10 minutes. The girls inside had no personality. No smiles. No interaction. The last drink came out with coffee all over the top. Tasted the drinks as we pulled away and the shots were dead making the drink taste burnt. Would not recommend this Starbucks.
