We needed a new mattresses due to a back injury that I have and she was super kind, patient, and professional and was able to make suggestions as to what type of bed we would need for our circumstances. WONDERFUL SERVICE! I went in knowing exactly my price rage and what services I wanted, so I was pleased when I told their staff and they immediately pointed out the mattresses Id want to consider. Delivery staff were also quick, timely (in fact earlier by like 20 minutes), and overall pleasant. Ended up with a fabulous mattress and my back couldnt be happier!

What an absolute joke with incompetent employees. I would give zero stars if I could. First, we shopped on Black Friday. The sale was supposed to be until 11. We checked out at 10:30 and they had all the prices changed back to regular prices before the sale was even over. We were given the wrong size box spring with our mattress. When I called to address the problem all he could say was I have no idea how that happened the absolute run around. I requested since they screwed up they should fix it and deliver the right one and pick up the wrong one. He told me he has no idea how that is going to happen. Really?! Worst experience ever. And Ive shopped at grad central... Id go back there before this mess of a poorly run establishment. A mattress store with only one employee and no delivery truck? Yes. thats what he told me. I said schedule me in a delivery time. He Couldnt do that either!!!! But was quick to hang up when I cursed him out. Seriously?! All this after my mattress set was 2 days late. Told me I tried to walk on water this morning too and that didnt work out, Im not perfect. I TOTALLY get that BUT FIX THE PROBLEM!!!!! Horrible service. Horrible employee. He needs to find a new job
