Went there to get an alignment done. The staff were nice and helpful with questions I had on other things with my car. Definitely the best experience I have ever had at a shop!

I was able to get a next day appointment. I cant remember the technicians name that assisted me (I think Dave?), but he was great from start to finish. He asked me about when I would need it done to get home that night, and he made good on his promise, my car was done well before I would need it. He explained the work done, and he was generally pleasant to speak with. Really very happy with the service all-around and will definitely take my car here again.

Having driven in the previous evening from NC to Hazleton, our tire pressure light/message came on. The staff kindly inflated our tires the next morning (about 7 lbs. each) explaining the drive from sea level to the mountain, plus the drop in temperature during the evening was the only cause! EVERYONE was so gracious; I commend them for their knowledge, and thank them for their kindness!

Very accommodating on short notice. The manager Steve was incredibly helpful and friendly. The mechanics in the shop are very knowledgeable as I had an unusual filter that came with the car. They were quickly and efficiently able to change it out and complete the job. Highly recommended.

Its so hard to find an honest mechanic! But you will know youve found one when you meet Steve. We needed brakes and we thought the calipers were making noise but no, he said we only needed brakes. AND gave us a discount. The mechanic did the fastest job Ive ever seen to get us back on our way up to Canada. Fast, friendly, honest. Go see Steve, hell treat you right.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I brought in my Prius hybrid to have a metal shield installed to protect the catalytic converter from theft. From start to finish the crew at Tire Choice was friendly, courteous and, most of all, talented. When I explained that on-line reviewers complained about the shield rattling, Tyler (the Assistant Manager) explained that they would install both rubberized washers AND heat-proof rubber tubing between the aluminum shield and frame. He also suggested that instead of using the supplied rivets (which would necessitate destroying the shield if access to the CC or muffler was ever needed) that they could install 3x as many bolts to effectively discourage thieves but making the shield removable for any future servicing. This was a great idea and they proceeded accordingly. The extra work more than doubled the anticipated labor time but Tyler honored the original price quote even after I said that since it took a lot longer I didnt mind paying more. Suffice to say Im bringing my car to TC for any needed service that they offer. Best auto service center ever!

We are visiting family in Hazleton, many miles from home and our tire pressure light came on. We wanted to get it checked out before we made the long trek home. We called and they could get us in right away. We pulled up and Steve did in fact get us in right away. We in fact had a nail in my tire that they were able to patch promptly. Steve kept us company and informed through the process! You can tell he takes pride in his shop and providing the best customer service.

The staff is an amazing, friendly, and highly skilled group of folks. Instead of a sterile, monotone, experince Ive come to expect from large chain facilities, I was instead given a hometown experience through the friendliness and warmth of the staff and management here. They treated me and their other customers I saw with equal dignity and respect, regardless of financial station. You could tell they have a love for their community just by how they treat and handle the customers and their varying situations. My car had a lot of surprise issues that we didnt expect but they handled the situations with grace and skill and a smile, and kept me informed along the way. The work was done properly and affordably. Thanks to Steve and staff for going above and beyond. This team is a true diamond in the rough and a real blessing to the community. This is the best garage experience Ive ever had and I will recommend them to friends and family. Certainly I will be coming back for my future car maintenance and repair needs. 2 thumbs up!

Great service! We had a blowout some 40 minutes away from this location, on the PA-476. I had my 5 kids in the car and we still had some 7 hours of driving ahead of us! Luckily we got there- 20 minutes to closing (7 PM) and they got us out as soon as they could, saving us from having to stay at a hotel overnight. All the while Steve chatted up my kids (and my wife and I :-) which was nice cuz a blowout can be traumatizing, though this one wasnt a bad one. So as I said, service was great, Steve and Johny (I think?) were great. Would highly recommend this shop!!

Unbelievable service. Got flat after an accident on my car hauler trailer and had no spare. Went to Tire Choice and manager sent his tech Johnnie out to the Hotel with his own car and electric wrench and floor jack to remove the flat go back to the shop and change the tire, then go back to the hotel and put the new tire on. All of this was during a torrential rain. Once I had a tire on the trailer I drove it to the shop where they replaced all four tires and ensure clearance from the damaged fender. Great service. Good price for the tires and they didnt charge me for the road service. Johnnie the Tech was a God Send.

I recently went for an oil change at a different location and asked them to check out my left passenger tire because it would show a lower psi number every other week. I was told there was a nail inside and they could not patch it up. They told me just the tire alone would cost $204 and they could not replace it that same day.I decided to go to Tire Choice Auto for a new tire because of their discounted prices. Mike was amazing. Not only did he find the right tire for my suv and he was able to quickly replace the tire. After checking the tire, he was able to patch the hole instead to save me some money. He showed me where the nail was located and explained why he was able to save the tire. And he gave me the nail as a souvenir. Tire Choice quickly patched the tire and I was able to get going quickly. Thanks Tire Choice!

Formerly Monro auto, I cannot recommend this place highly enough. While on a trip from New Jersey to New York, our car started shaking and had the check engine light come on. At 3:30 PM on a Saturday, it was difficult to find anyone that would help us. Mike gladly took us in, diagnosed and repaired 3 separate issues, and had us on our way in about 15 minutes. Incredibly friendly and fantastic service. Thank you!

Costumer services not good front desk???

Brought my vehicle in to get a tire plugged. Neither technician was wearing a mask, and we asked them to put one on. They didnt look too happy about that. They plugged the tire and brought the car back out and they didnt put anything down on the mats, they didnt wipe down the seats or the steering wheel after the job was done. there was Grease on my mat on the driver side from the technicians boots. Their old mats and theyre going to be changed out anyway but its just the point. No customer would like to see grease on their mats. there should have been some kind of light paper down on the seats and they should have wiped everything down after they were done let alone they didnt want to wear masks in the first place. The job seemed to be done right, but we just wish they would have taken extra care, especially during these times where people seem to be more careless then anything.

I needed just 1 tire while I was out here on vacation. Found a place near my hotel with the best reviews in both quantity and number of stars. I didnt know Tire Choice was owned by Monroe which is a very reputable company. Anyways, I was in and out in just half and hour thanks to Mike and his team.

Andy and his staff are the best!! I went in for tires and an oil change. They brought me back to show me that my rear upper control arm was really bad. I knew it was going but didnt know just how unsafe it was until he showed me. He promptly got on the phone and found the parts needed for the repair. He explained the role of the part and what it does so I understood why it was unsafe. The prices are very fair and they do the work in a timely fashion while youre comfortably waiting. There are some other repairs that I will be needing in the near future and Andy definitely earned my business from here on out. Its hard to find honest mechanics that you can trust and Im glad to have found this location and the staff. Keep up the great work Andy!!

Spoke with Andy and he was great as far as customer service goes. He did not rush me off the phone at all and explained all details with me. Looked up pricing and the best way to save me money. Im hoping my experience when I take my car into the shop is as great as his customer service. I believe it will be just based off the experience on the phone and his knowledge .

Amazing. So caring and helpful we are so lucky we ended up here. We were driving across the country from Connecticut to idaho and stopped to stretch our legs at hickory run state park and on the dirt road we broke the muffler. We came here and they got us back on the road (and our 3 kids had the time of their life playing in the lobby.) It is very clean and the best customer service we could ask for.

While driving home on a multi-state trip, towing a trailer, a strut mount on the rear axle of my truck broke off. It was going to be almost impossible to complete the remaining 6 hours of the trip like that. Fortunately Mikes shop was close to us, and I was able to limp the truck in. On a Saturday afternoon, Mike worked us in around a full schedule of other vehicles, and fashioned a solid replacement that enabled us to get home. Its rare to find a shop with resourceful, skilled technicians who can diagnose and fabricate a part on the spot. Rarer still to find one with clean restrooms, and the willingness to help stranded travelers on a weekend. Thank you, Mike, for your help, and God bless you for practicing the Golden Rule with such professionalism and kindness.

Terrible day at Monroe had to just put pad brakes on it took two mechanics to do it and Mike even went over and helped out.then whatever they did since the one mechanic didn’t know to much if you don’t do it right you can mess up the caliber which they did so I got stuck paying for it.For a job that should of never took more then a hour with two guys working on it took 2 and a half hours, I been with yous for many years with my two cars and this was my worse experience with this place,they are usually good.Please stop changing mechanics.Andy n Joe was good and then there gone.

Ive been coming to this shop for years, because of great customer service and quality work. For bigger jobs, I always get a few estimates, but this Monro always comes in with the best price. Also (and honestly most importantly), they only do NECESSARY work, and theyve never tried to upsell me something I dont need... in fact, theyve actually talked me out of things I thought I needed when I really didnt. Marvin the new manager is also a really friendly guy, very personable, as is the technician I usually get (not sure of his first name but my receipt says C. Morris).

Recently I found myself in need of a tire and in need of a tire today. I hit a pot hole and it bubbled the side wall on my tire. This happened on a Friday night and of course I needed the car for a trip I was going on the following Monday. I called all around looking for my tire and all I got from other dealers was No, we dont stocks that tire. or No, its a special order. No one offered and help or advice. I called Monroe Tire and spoke with Andy Caufield. Mr. Caufield had more information than a dictionary. He was able to explain what happened to my tire, why it happened. Then upon asking if they had a tire for me. He explained what I needed and why. Overall, he was one of the most helpful, and detail oriented service members Ive ever talked to. Not to mention he had the tire I needed.

I went in about 3 weeks ago for an Oil Change. A gentleman named Andy helped me out and was very friendly and took his time serving me. He even informed me that I didn’t even need an oil change and explained how I should properly check if I need an oil change, I didn’t know how. Most other mechanics would’ve just took my money and gave me an oil change anyway even if my Jeep didn’t need it. I appreciate the honesty and the extra time Andy took out his work day to teach me one on one and show me on my Jeep where to check for oil. Again very good and honest people here been going for years and would always recommend. The best Hazleton has to offer hands down. Honest work and they tell you how it is and charge you fair prices. No run arounds no games just honest people doing honest work.

I being a female took my car in for a “noise.” One of the mechanics claimed he knew exactly what I was referring to said it was a “Cheap and Easy” fix.😬😬😬 It was just an exhaust hanger!!! 😀😀😀 The rattle sounded as if the bumper was falling off sometimes. I also needed front bakes and an oil change. I made an appointment for a few day later and went back. Now when I hear a strange noise or a different light flashes in the dash. I call THAT mechanic and he usually has an answer as to what it is or could be. I recommend Monro 💯 Always helpful and informative.

I had a great experience come out of a bad situation. I live in VA but was in Hazleton when a huge pothole destroyed my tire. The manager, Andy was terrific and he found my tire and within a day had me back on the road.Andy kept me informed about my tires delivery and promptly had it back on. Service like this is rare these days. I travel up here frequently and will use Monro again because of Andy.

Andy was excellent. He was extremely busy because they were shorthanded that day, but he remained professional and accommodating the entire time as he assisted in repairs while still handling the customers. I received great service that day and will return again.

I asked for an estimate to repair my RAV4 muffler noise. Very politely the service rep asked if I could wait a few minutes. It was only a few minutes and after inspecting the car I was given a firm quote, given a discount, and the repair was made. I was very happily on my way in a little over an hour.Thanks, Monro!

Ive had a few things done on my car here the timing belt, an accessory belt, oil change, yearly inspection and the mechanics here do a nice job in a timely manner while being friendly. They are quickly becoming my go to for everything.
