This is a great company and has some great people who work here as well. We recently did a lot of work for them and they were very accommodating and friendly.

No one is perfect, but these folks have historically made the extra effort to do it right the first time and if there is a mistake they do their best to make it right.

OOHRAH, Charlie Roth is the most knowledgeable combustion gas burner dude in the world. Love these guys - we buy many high end Industrial Eclipse combustion burner systems here. The support and service they give is outstanding and they bend over backwards to make sure it is right. If you need a gas combustion burner or work on your existing system, this is the place.

I was fired from this company due to a disability that can be reasonably accommodated. It just goes to show the level of professionalism. After the Vice President told me he was not trying to be discriminatory, he discriminated me and my illness by firing me. Will you be next, should an ailment arise with you? Steer clear.

I have used BDC for over ten years now and am still amazed by their knowledge as well as the extent to which they go to get the job done. The owner is a hands on, extremely rich in experience, and is always available to talk to. The staff are no slouches either. Big or small project, they attack it with fervor backed by a high level of skill. BDC is a supplier of a large range of instruments, controllers, and valves. They have even lost sales by recommending brands they dont carry when what they do have did not meet my needs. BDC also has a talented fabrication shop that does first rate work. The goal of BDC is to leave you a satisfied customer and they succeed in doing that. When I need something, I check BDC first.

Called this service group to inspect and service my burners. Found low gas switch jumped out along with the combustion air switch. Burner was also running rich. I would suggest looking elsewhere before you call this disney outfit. No attention to detail and no paperwork except a bill.
