Car was wrecked in Chicago on 3/27/2021. Chicago shop half fixed the car. Sent car to Complete in June. Car was taken back to Complete for several issues: braking system, windshield still cracked, Chevy grill is not properly secured, windshield steals are not properly placed it’s now 10/11/2021 and the vehicle is still not properly fixed. Customer service definitely was poor...I was left sitting in the vehicle with no air because they couldn’t find my car key. Was not offered anything to drink. Had to ask for some type of compensation for the hassle and was given a $50 coupon for service....car was supposed to be detailed also and wasn’t!! I would never recommend Complete Auto....might I add, I am a professional driver (CDL) with strong knowledge of vehicle safety! My 2019 Impala was not properly repaired but was given to my as if the vehicle was properly completed....

This company DO NOT VALUE their customers and they do not stand by their motto, “We go the extra mile for our customers.” I was treated very poorly. I had my car towed there to get repaired after it was damaged from running over a curb. They estimated the price to repair as over $2,000. They didn’t work on it until I took them $1,500, which is fine. They didn’t communicate with me about anything until I called them. When it was finally fixed they then said the total cost was $1,954.33. Which was great compared to the cost they originally estimated. The repairman said my car was making a noise that he didn’t know if it was making before the accident or not. I explained to him that my car NEVER made that noise before but I was so in need of my vehicle to get back and forth, that I still paid for the remainding balance. The guy told me the noise was nothing serious. It recently started making another noise so I took it back. The repairman then told me the damage was as bad as it was the first, almost like it had been wrecked again, which I know is a lie. He then told me it would cost $1, 600 to repair. I explained the situation before and that the noise they claimed to not have been serious actually caused more damage. The guy was rude and asked me what did I want him to do, and that he couldn’t fix it for free. (Which I didn’t ask for him to do.) I then asked for the supervisor. He told me the supervisor wasn’t there but was aware of the issue, and that he will call me. It’s been nearly 2 weeks and I still haven’t received a callback. I also want to note that my car is driving worse after I took it back. I remember the day I dropped my car off there was a Caucasian lady picking up her car. She was treated with respect and was told to test drive her car to make sure everything is fixed properly. But when I picked mine up I was just asked for payment, given my keys, and sent on my way.

If you need any type of repair, I would definitely recommend bringing your car here. Everyone is very friendly and kind. They have the BEST prices in the city and are also super quick/efficient. I’m so glad I found them!

Complete auto is very professional and knowledgeable. They kept me informed about everything they were doing to my car. They finished in a reasonable time and did an awesome job. I highly recommend this company to my family and friends.

Five stars is way too few to give them! We were down in that area working when our car decided to not start. We were staying at a nearby motel and had them check out the car they diagnosed a couple electrical issues and fix them quickly, then found out the cable going from our shifter to the transmission had come off and repaired it for free! It would have taken us hours if not longer to figure that one out. The repair shop and the towing company are great! Thanks again to tim both of them

Took my car here to get repaired after an accident. They were wonderful! They called to give me the cost & tell me what day it would be ready. Then they called every other day to say that they were still on track to have it completed by that day. They even called yo have a shuttle pick me up for a rental. The work they did on my car & their customer service was GREAT! I would totally recommend them to anyone.

I have had my SUV repaired here twice now from someone hitting me. Both times the shop has went above and beyond anything I have seen. From the front desk calling the salvage yard to find my plates, to the internal Farmers insurance agent overhearing my horrible experience with Liberty Mutual, and offering an estimate for better insurance.

I needed some work done on my car quickly and Kurtis was able to get me in right away and out just as quick, and my car drives like brand new again! The staff at Complete Auto Body & Truck Repair are so friendly and knowledgeable! I will always come back to Complete!!!

Dropped my car off to them through my job got my car back to different colors. Now they are telling me that I need insurance to get an rental through them. No problem I have insurance but I dont understand why this is my problem and why the insurance need to be in my name when i brought them my car the same color and I got it back different color.

Over priced, shared no proof that struts on vehicle were bad but charged 1300 to replace them

1st time at this shop. Had to have my car towed there due to my tires basically about to fall off. They got my car looked it over and called me with what needed to be done. I never felt like they were trying to sell me on something I didnt need which I appreciated. Matt made sure to explain everything in detail and answered every question I had. Once I okayed the work to be completed they got it done quickly and car was ready in no time. Now she is riding like a champ again!! :) Def will be my new shop for all my auto needs whether its tires, brakes, or just a simple oil change. I was very impressed with this company. I was greeted immediately by the woman behind the counter. I was 30 minutes early, Austin took my keys, got my information and offered me a seat in lobby or in the customer waiting room. The whole place was very friendly, efficient and quick to service me. Give them a try. You wont regret it. I will definitely switch to them from another auto shop.

Service was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. However they repaired some damages to my car and left the inside hella dusty ..left parts in the car where I dont have a clue where they belong. I left a detaikedmessage about these issues this but no one ever reached back out. All n all the service and work performed was acceptable.

Im used to shop a total of three times with two different vehicles service with excellent shop manager Matt always Pleasant never over price gouging tells you exactly what you need for your vehicle what can be taken care of now and some things that can wait. The young ladies at the counters are friendly always smiling knowledgeable the waiting area is always clean highly recommend this shop and they have several location and Ive been to two three of them please try on local shops out.

WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD IN A ST. LOUIS BODY SHOP!!!! BAR NONE!! Extremely disappointed in the level of service and the quality of work performed. Dropped my car off on a Saturday to repair a parking ding in the rear bumper. The following issues occurred: 1) no one called to update me on repair status, contrary to their express policy; 2) up-charged my estimate without my permission; 3) required me to pay before I had a chance to inspect the vehicle they repaired; 4) did not complete the repair I initially asked them to complete, but simply painted over it hoping I wouldnt notice; 5) I had to initiate any and all calls related to the status of the repairs; 5) offered me a gift certificate as opposed to a refund for the up-charge because it was an accounting nightmare to refund the unauthorized charges (as if I would ever step foot in their shop again as a customer); and 6) a general cavalier attitude about the service and repair failures. They have an elephant as their mascot, which is grand, majestic, and steady. I believe is completely misleading. Their mascot should be a hyena or a coyote, which seems to be more appropriate for this organization. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. If I were you, I would pay extra to go to CarStar or some other outfit that takes the profession more seriously and understands the value of doing good work and serving your customers. Its simply not worth the discounted prices. You get what you pay for.

Condescending Service with Vehicle DamageFirst return was on 2/6/18 for damage to the inside of my door. My window tint was completely scratched up while putting my door back together and I had a2 indentation near the door lock that was caused by whatever tool they used to put the door together. I was told that my car would be ready by the time I got off of work which was incorrect. I was also told that my rental would be taken care of, but it was charged to my insurance which I am disputing because the interior damage was caused by the shop. After receiving my vehicle back I went through a car wash and the power to all 4 doors went out. I had to crawl through my rear lift gate. I called and told them something was wrong and I had to bring it back. I came in the afternoon after attending a funeral for a relative. I informed the cashier that I was bringing my vehicle back for wiring issues and gave her specifics because the power issue happened both times that i went through a car wash. She called to the body shop and said and I quote, I have number XXXX back again she said she cant use her locks, then I interjected and told her about the auto set feature and car wash. She then said to whomever was on the line with a condescending tone and attitude, supposedly she talked to Jeff. She placed heavy emphasis on the word supposedly as if I was lying. I called later that evening to get an update and was informed that no one had looked at the vehicle yet and every one was gone home for the day. I was infuriated as I called 40 minutes before closing. I told them to leave a note not to touch the vehicle and I would pick it up on my way to work. I picked up my vehicle at 7:15am and Jeff said they used the key fob and the locks are working. I told him yes they work as long as the doors dont get wet. He then informed me that he wasnt told about the car wash issue. I encountered 3 people face to face and 2 out of 3 made me feel unwelcome. To say that I am extremely disappointed is an understatement. A car accident is stressful enough with out improper repairs and horrible customer service!!!

After my car got rear-ended and it was not my fault, I still felt like a victim thanks to the insurance companies involved. However, both April and Nicole help me on my quest for justice. I got my car fixed, and got a very affordable rental in the meantime. Highly recommend. Ill be back, but I hope I wont need to come back if you know what I mean! What I really liked about their services was how they took the red tape out of dealing with the insurance company. I think thats an understated part of dealing with an auto body shop anytime insurance is involved is the advocacy that they provide, and they do this well here.

They are fast but the part was installed incorrectly.I dropped off my car to have an AC compressor and Serpentine belt replaced. I purchased my own brand new parts. The car was there for a few hours. The total time for the labor was about two hours. I was happy the car was done quickly but it was not done right. Now I cannot get the shop on the phone. They did state say there is no warranty on their work. However, the part was not install property as stated on the receipt. No warranty was a risk I was okay with taking thinking the part and all of is components would be install.The day after the ac compressor was installed by this shop, I took the vehicle to another shop to have the ac recharged because the cost of a recharge at this shop was high compared to others in the area. In addition, we have recharged it ourselves when the compressor was working for about 15-30 dollars a can. The mechanic at this location also stated an over the counter recharge can would be fine. This new shop comes back and tells me the AC compressor has valves not connected at all. They cannot recharge the ac system if the part and all the components are not installed. So now I am out of almost 300.00 dollars I paid here to have the parts installed, the cost of a rental car (80 a day) and the 30.00 recharge can used to try and recharge our self as the mechanic here suggested (which we have done on this car twice before without issue). Luckily, the other shop did not charge anything since we explained to them a brand new ac compressor was installed yesterday … or so we thought. :(

They offered great, fast service. I had my 2012 Toyota Corollas windshield replaced. And with help from Christina, they got my car in fast and the windshield was replaced quickly (and for a great price!)

These guys are AMAZING!!!! No I mean AWESOME! I cannot even begin to describe the level of dedication and service I received from the road service guys. JAY, thank you sir for the above and beyond. IT would have been simple to just say Hell No but you guys did an amazing job. So long story short, my food truck was picked up from a storage lot and was loaded into a 53 with a flat bet tow truck. Think its easy? This was such a difficult job for the guys I am amazed they were able to do it. If you need service, choose these guys!!!!!!!!!!

Brought my brand new 2016 honda Odyssey van here for a basic detail and the chemical cleaner they used on my seats discolored and matted the fabric. The dealership says this cannot be fixed since the seats were chemically burned and the fabric will need to be replaced. They caused $8500 dollars worth of damage. I have brought this to the managers attention and they refuse to fix it.

They are a professional business, and their customer serviice and management representatives are friendly and cordial. Although things did happen to make me wait a little longer to get my truck due to complexities of repair, they did provide me with a free rental car to accomodate my needs.
