Worst service department I have ever dealt with. I took my car in for a scheduled appointment at 12 pm on a Wednesday for a diagnostic. After not hearing back I called 6 times at 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. only to have the service department phone ring out. I called back the next day only for the same result, after finally pleading with the operator that I am not getting through she sends me to the service manager phone....only to get his voicemail. I left a voicemail with all my necessary information still no call back. I called 4 more times throughout the day same result. I call again on Friday (today as I write this) and pleaded with the operator once more only to have her tell me that someone will call me back in 30 minutes. 45 minutes go by a call come through. A person is heard typing on computer for a minute and then hangs up. I call back and finally get someone who tells me my car should be next in line. 2 days for a simple diagnostic that I was told be a few hours. And not one person could take my call, call me, text me, no voicemails, no email. 20 years of taking cars to various service department I have been overcharged, had delayed service, and rude customer service. But I have never been straight ignored. I felt like my car was stolen. Never take your car to the service department here
