My car has been there for a month and a half. The staff member who answered the phone was condescending and rude. I had to work with her because I couldnt get a hold of the assigned rep today. They will not release my car because Allstate has not paid the bill. I do not know why they are doing work on a car for things that Allstate has not agreed to pay, but perhaps thats the process. Seems like at that point they should ask if Im willing to pay as they would if insurance wasnt involved, but what do I know? All this wouldnt be a huge problem (although I am beyond sick of this rental) except for the fact that I have to pay for a rental car while they work on it with Allstate. The only one with any skin the game is me. I can pay for a rental until they figure it out or pay an extra $2200 out of pocket, no biggie. Never mind the fact that they have taken a month and a half to do the work and now my car is just sitting there while I pay daily. And, never mind the fact that if I pay the $2200 they have zero reason to do anything to explain to Allstate why the work was necessary. PS - this is for a minor fender bender. Exacerbated by the fact that Bommarito Toyota didnt previously repair an axle correctly. The collision center found that during the fender bender repair. Was super excited to know that my family was driving around on a broken axle. Just go to a different dealer for your car and stay away from Bommarito Collision Center for your repairs.

This place is AWESOME. The customer service reps are nice and are willing to help and explain what’s going on to you. Also, I was going to vacuum out the car myself afterwards but it turns out they did it WITHOUT CHARGE. Hands down come to this place if you have any problems with your car👍🏾💯

I was told today that the car I purchased on September 30th that the customer who traded it in couldnt find the title. How is it possible for you to trade in a car without a title!!! This car can be stolen it could have a salvage title anything, in addition to the fact that you dont have a title for me now you telling me its 2 months wait on the Illinois side and the one month wait on Missouri side due to backlog which means my temporary plates will expire as well as my inspections and I have to wait 3 months to drive a car that I purchased in September so I wont be driving until next year how is any of this fair to me its not because Im going to incur late penalties because I havent registered the car within a 30 days. Shaking my head!!!!! I know what your reply is call and speak to a manager WELL this came from your floor Manager who I spoke to 10/20/2021 handled the original sale. So I returned the van on 10/28/2021 because the temp tags were out the next day and again Randy says 10-12 weeks before the title is back and what he could not do for me. I brought my brother along because I was going to need a ride. My brother said 4 words (she needs something today) and he hopped into action and I was given a vehicle to drive until the title comes in.

I felt like I got great customer service. I did feel like the insurance was milked a bit and the car took 10days longer than initially quoted but I get supply chain issues at this time. They paid my rental during the extended repair there. I would go back and do recommend them all things considered.

Took my sons vehicle here for collision damage. Estimate was 11 days and they’ve had it more than 30. Mel the manager is very unprofessional he will argue with you and laugh and curse in your face and tell you that your opinion doesn’t matter. They are not holding my car hostage because they did work without the insurance company approval and want me to pay for it otherwise I can’t get my car. The rep Dominic kept promising me certain days my car would be ready and they were lies and there was always an excuse of why it wasn’t done . I don’t recommend this shop to anyone and I’m an insurance adjuster myself so I know how the process goes. Even the girls at the front desk are rude and unprofessional…. If I could give this shop 0 stars I would

My first visit last Friday was very pleasant. I walked in and the front office staff was busy and friendly, also in a good mood. Yay for Fridays! The rep (Dom) who helped me was professional and knowledgeable and my estimate for repairing the front bumper was done in a few minutes. I will update my review once I set my appointment and the bumper has been repaired. So far so good!

Four weeks to repair/replace the outer door panel, the alternator, and the battery. If AAA wasnt footing the bill for the rental Id be even more upset than I already am; its 2.5 hours of work. If your shop is that busy maybe dont set up accounts with auto insurance brokers.

The worst experience of my life my car has been there for 2 months now the repairs was only supposed take a week they will find unnecessary things to say they fix to charge your insurance company for I went in to talk to the supervisor he completely just ignored me while I waited in the lobby for over hour walk past me 5 times and went back in his office like I wasn’t there please do not take your car to them they are the worst place I have ever been to in my life they still have my car and they have a don’t care attitude I truly hate this place trust me you will regret ever walking through that door at Bommarito collisions on 6311 Lingbergh Stlouis Mo

My friend needed an estimate for repair on his vehicle. He called ahead to find out where to take it, since they have 2 Collision Offices. When we arrived they had no record of his call and sent him to their other office. That wasnt the right place, so we went back to the first one. Eventually they found his information. They were very apologetic, but all that running around was totally unnecessary and disrupted his entire schedule for the day. We were very disappointed with the service.

Replaced a wheel during repair. Didnt balance the wheel AT ALL or put on the required ring to help center the wheel. If you have a wheel replaced here make sure they balanced it, you should be able to see weights on the wheel. I had taken my winter wheels/tires off and put on my summer setup shortly after getting the car back from them and it had sat in the garage until then. So I didnt realize it until I put my winters on this week and headed into work this morning. Car shaking like crazy at 60. Pulled over sure enough the replaced wheel had no weights on it. I ended up paying a shop to balance the wheel that should have been done by the body shop and ordering the missing part. Poor workmanship for sure, be wary of the work done here.

Made an appointment they have the van fixed it took two months for the appointment once the van was in their possession they spent another month going back and forth on it has to be repaired a certain way and the insurance company in total it out but they charge $1,017 to sit on a lot to do nothing total rip-off

Four visits. Three months. One insurance claim. One issue. Still the same issue. They do not want to help Nissan bommarito EV leaf owners. I have since been told and recommended not to buy any Nissan leaf products made in Nashville Tennessee or anywhere in the USA. Thanks bommarito I think I will take my EV business to napleton Nissan. They honor Nissan EV policies and Nissan warranty policies current and extended.

I was told my car would be done in 4-5 days. A mere 4 weeks later I picked it up. They waited late in the 1st week to start on car. Started tearing it down and then realized they had the wrong parts. Had to order correct parts which took 5 days to receive. Waited another 2-3 days then started on it again only to find a mice or mouse chewed thru an airbag cable. Would not do any work on car until I figured out how I was going to pay for additional work. When I argued this damage occurred while they had the car so they should pay for it, they simply said there was no way it happened here. So I am to believe there is no way a mouse got in the car when it sat for 1-1/2 weeks tore apart at the shop. Instead, I am to believe that this damage occurred while the car was at my house still completely assembled and I have never ever had any mouse/mice damage in my entire life to a vehicle. Sorry but would give a zero rating if possible. Never Never again... Too many other reputable places available to be treated like this...

This company quoted two weeks when we dropped off our vehicle. After two weeks, we called them, and they explained that they had torn one of the parts and needed to reorder. On April 17, they said the car would be ready on 5/30. On 5/30, we called them, and they said that the car would go to paint Friday, 5/31, dry over the weekend, be reassembled, and sent for an alignment. It was to be ready tomorrow, 6/5. I called today, 6/4 and was informed that the car is still in paint and would be done hopefully by early next week. When I explained that I found it unlikely to be done given the history and asked to get a more precise answer, the operator(?) informed me that she gives estimates based on where it is in the process and cannot control any issues that arise and extend the date. I asked to speak to a member of the service team for clarity but was told I am not allowed to speak to them. Note that they have literally never called us during this process; we have had to call them.

This place should not be in service. I took my vehicle in on an appointment basis to fix a repair over a repair, trunk striker plate. I was told it would be a 2 hour job. I took my car in May 16, 2018 for estimates. I was given an appointment for May 23rd at 7:30 am. I took my car in today May 23rd. I called to check the status of my car around 11:30 or 12 and was told it was not there and when did I bring it in? I was also told I would be given a call back. Ok where’s my car? Is my car not there? However, the manager called back with the nastiest attitude. Saying that my car would be repaired as soon as somebody gets your ticket. Ok what about my appointment? Or do you all take vehicles on a first come first serve basis? He said no we take appointment it’s just that no one has picked up your ticket yet. Ma’am if you can’t wait for someone to pick up your ticket, I think you should come get your car. I was only calling to check the status and this is the service I get. Wow!!! Upon entering into the place it looks like a ghost town. No wonder no one is this place. First time there and I will not ever return again.PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS AND TAKE THE ADVICE OF CUSTOMERS EXPERIENCE!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! BEWARE OF THE WOLVES!!!

I needed to edit this review. You have to stay on top of them when its comes to getting the work done on your car! If not its not going to get done. Another frustrating thing is when I would call about my car, they always had to transfer me to someone else. I was confused on why the person answering the phone couldnt answer my simple question of when will my car be done? They did a beautiful job on my car though once it was finally done.

I bought a new mustang in January. First time I washed it, I discovered 2 panels were mis aligned. I took it to Bommorito Ford service and they told me to take it to Bommorito Collision. I took it by and Charles Montgomery took some pictures and told me that it had to go to Ford and they would decide. No one called me, so I went back a couple of weeks later. He gave me an appointment date. I dropped it off and came back later. When I picked it up the panels were fixed. But there were scratches along the edges. I told Charles and he said that they were already there. He said that they took pictures. It was not that bad and I have compound and polish and some fine grit sand paper at home. But the point is he lied to my face saying that they were already there. This guy will lie to you.

Got into an accident 10/16 2017 since this was a preferred shot with my insurance I took it there. They had my car 45 days so I had to pay out of pocked for a rental. My insurance only covered 30 days. I had to contact them every week about when my car would be ready. I dont even think they started on my car until after a week it was there. Picked my car up and now it shakes on the highway and it never did that. I have only had this car since February and before they fixed it..it never shook on the highway. Will not be going back here..Horrible service but I am taking it back to them today because they need to fix the alignment or whatever is making it shake. DO NOT GO HERE

My husband and I took our vehicle to here to get the front bumper repaired. The initial estimate said it should be done in 2 weeks unless something came up. Issues not initially known came up and resulted in a longer than expected time to completion. However, we were not told that there would be an additional time needed until the day before we were told it would be ready. It would have been known well before then that the vehicle was not going to be ready by the initial estimated date and we should have been told that earlier. That is very poor communication and not very good customer service. We were then given a ready date of 2 weeks later, which was well past our rental car coverage. That Monday we called to verify that the vehicle would be ready and were assured that it was on schedule for completion. Again last minute issues arose and again we weren’t told until the day before it was to be ready that it wouldn’t be ready until Thursday or Friday because it had to go to the Dealer in Ellisville. I called Bommarito Collision Hazelwood on Friday afternoon and asked them the status as we were told Tuesday that it would likely be ready to go by Friday and had not heard yet. It took 3 calls over the course of 25 minutes to get thru to someone. The person who finally answered told me that they were unsure of the status as it was still at the Dealer and the Collision Center had not heard from them yet, but he would give the Dealer a call to check the status and give me a buzz back. When he called back he stated that the dealer was still working on the vehicle and that our vehicle is notoriously difficult with all of the alarms and sensors, but it should be done shortly. The following Monday my husband received a call from the Dealer asking HIM why OUR vehicle was on THEIR lot – something they should have already known if the Collision Center did their job. It’s pretty concerning that the vehicle was left at the Dealer for 5 days unattended, especially because I called the previous Friday and the guy claimed he spoke with the Dealer, meaning he didn’t actually call them. Once the Dealer actively knew our car was at their location and why it was there it only took them one day to complete the necessary tasks to turn off the alarms/fix the sensors. THEREFORE OUR CAR SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE NO LATER THAN FRIDAY. Lack of proper communication by Bommarito Collision team members caused an unnecessarily long wait time for completion (5 total weeks; 1 of which was completely and utterly unnecessary) and caused undue strain to make sure I could still get to work every day. Once the vehicle was finally ready to go after issues at pickup (poor paint job among other things) and my husband drove away, it was quickly realized that the hood was not properly attached and was bouncing rapidly while driving, seemingly as if not fully latched. It ended up being an all day event to pick up our vehicle for something that shouldn’t have taken over 30 minutes to an hour max. I understand that mistakes are made from time to time and that things happen (like scratching a body panel). However, there were far too many issues that were preventable leading to a very stressful few weeks and ridiculously long time to completion. Proper communication goes a long way and would have prevented a lot of the issues that occurred and the aggravation we experienced. Part of customer service is good communication, which was clearly lacking. It is also following thru on what you say you will do and doing so in a timely manner. I had high expectations and chose Bommarito Collision because of how much we like Bommarito West County. Their staff is wonderful over there and we have been happy with their service. They communicate properly with us and in a timely manner. Our needs and issues are always taken care of without a problem. It was naïve of me to think that Bommarito Collison Hazelwood would have the same level of service as them. I am sorely disappointed with our experience at Bommarito Collision Hazelwood and would not recommend them to anyone.

I had the worst customer service. They didnt notify me of additional damages they found, nor the cost. Of the 4 times that they should have notified me of the completion of my repairs, not once did they call. Would not go again.
