Purchased a vehicle and John Hart was great! Now that service department was something else. I went up there to ask questions about getting my car services that I purchased from them not even two months ago. First person I encountered was nice stated I can come in on Saturday its first come first serve I said ok cool. So I called that Friday to make that is what it was. Get there Saturday morning number two in line and encounter a rude customer service person by the name ofJamie T he said no some body told you wrong! We too busy to do a tire balance and I dont have keys to that shop and who told you its first come first serve. I said sir two people told me and I been in this cold since 6:30 am you going to look at my car! Needed a oil change I was so upset I forgot about it but sticker in the window said I needed on but they never even suggested it!. Just poor customer service. I left messages with the manager and no one never called back guess they dont care about customer service. Never going back!

Had an oil change light come up on dash, called was told to come in 7am to 5pm, Monday thru Saturday only to get there, call again and be told oh u need an appointment, no wonder rating is only 1 star, should b less, slightly sad I bought a car from here now
