I had a flat tire later in the night around 10PM and they were the only one to answer of the 6 locations I called near me, they were able to help me locate where I was, and offer to get a truck near me relatively quickly at a reasonable price. Overall great service.

I needed a tow and called James towing. They worked with me on the price, because I was tight on money. They said they would be there to pick up my car in 25 minutes. They were there in 15. Would definitely use them again.

My daughter and I were stranded on 8 mile I called and they were extremely friendly professional and straight to the point. Would recommend

Very Friendly, great customer service

Called at 2am (after calling multiple business with no answer) he answered the phone gave me a price and time. They arrived earlier than he estimated got my door unlocked in 2mins tops and was on his way. Very professional and genuinely nice guys. Highly recommended!

This guy and his company are not to be trusted. I bought a dodge dakota off this guy and he assured me the truck was in perfect shape. I got about a mile down the road and the trans started slipping. This guy looked me straight in the eyes and told me the truck was in great shape. I would call someone else because this guy and his company are crooks and not trustworthy, they will take you for every penny in your pocket.

Jimmy and his staff are very friendly and knowledgeable they did a great job on my car I would take it back any day

This trashy service is a joke. The owner was VERY ill-mannered. Astoundingly rude and unprofessional. Also smelled of marijuana. Spend your money else where!

Called this company to only get a recommendation to a different company. He didnt feel like towing at the moment.

Rude- attitudinal- hung up on me and told me to call somebody else- made my bad situation worse. Would never recommend this person.
