These guys are the REAL DEAL. We originally called them for an emergency fix at our store in the middle of the night. They sent someone out for a temporary fix until the right piece of glass came in, which was only 2 days later.We decided to use John and his team again during our bathroom remodel at home. Spectacular work! John made awesome recommendations on how to make our shower enclosure and mirrors look amazing.

Complete scam!We requested a mirror replacement and gave all the details. Quote we received was $750 which is about $100 lower then top companies we found on Yelp quoted. When we agreed to process the job, they sent a tech to measure a mirror, who came 2 hours late.After a couple of days they send a quote that increase from $750 to $1450! The details of the job did not change, except that small chrome molding on one of the sides is missing and has to be replaced. Rest of the stuff that has to be done was originally discussed! Dont waste your time like we did and call different company!

If you call them you will be sorry. The office person is nice and sort of tricks you into thinking they might care about your order but trust me, they dont! They have had my money and my sample for months now and they will not return my call or give me my glass or even my sample back. I am so sorry I tried to support a Hayward business and will never shop with this company again. If you dare then you are at your own risk after this warning!

Worked with Barry to get two quotes (the first one timed out so I had to reach out and get a second one) Paid a $50 deposit on 11/18.Emailed on the 11/18 to tell him I paid it.Emailed again on the 11/21 asking for next steps.Emailed on the 12/4 with proof of deposit, asking for next steps.Called my bank to reverse the deposit on the 12/18The initial contact was so smooth and understanding, and then suddenly nothing.

We hired Hayward glass for residential projects. we rent multiple houses in different cities in east and south bay area. We have a house in union city and we needed to renovate it before renting it out. Hayward glass did a whole house glass renovation last fall, John and his crew installed glass showers and mirrors in 4 bathrooms, 2 living rooms and a kitchen.The prices were reasonable and John was responsive and professional. He came to my house twice to make sure he had all the correct measurements and did a follow-up visit after the installation to makesure everything worked perfectly.These guys are top notch. John responds super fast to every email and Mike was amazing. He was super friendly, worked around my schedule.I will definitely hire them again for any glass work needed for our real estate business.

It was an amazing deal with this hayward glass. We had an excellent experience working with John and his firm. They were very professional, timely and cost-effective. We were building a completely new office of more than 10,000 square feet and the entire space was divided by glass walls to delineate multiple offices and meeting rooms.It looks fantastic and I would definitely use their services again

I made an appointment for them on a Saturday to come to my rental home in Hayward and when I waited for 2 hours after driving 60 miles, I called them and they couldn’t find any record of my appointment. Wasted my time and gas

It was always super easy communicating with Hayward Glass repair and installation services company. When I was searching in google to find a local windows repair business in Hayward, I found their website online, it was after 8pm, I texted the number then within minutes, they replied to me and they followed up with a phone call the next morning.The woman answering the phone was a doll and always extremely polite and helpful. These guys were superb. We needed balances replaced on about 6 windows and about 8 screens replaced on total. We had a replacement of the shower door because of noise and scratches.They arrived at the very beginning of the 2 hour time window and got right to work and stayed longer to ensure we could open and close the windows with ease. The shower door looks amazing and sliding easy.Besides being very conscientious and doing a great job, John and his team were very considerate and friendly.Would highly recommend to anyone needing shower doors replacement, window repairs or new windows.

They came to estimate and told me to replace the glass door tomorrow, asking me to deposit, but they wouldnt come to work tomorrow.

Only Shop that knew what they were talking about when it came to windows and the price is more then fair!
