Outstanding! Quality products and superb customer service! We love our new windows and sliders. We had one small bubble in one slider, Pella customer service said that was unacceptable...and scheduled a replacement and install without any hesitation.Our contractor Kirk M. Jones was spot on, as usual! Pella is THE BEST!

Service was poor Return phone calls didnt happen promptly. It was obvious that the rep didnt want to work that day. He complained about coming to Stockton. He was annoyed that he had to go out of Hayward. If you dont service an area....dont accept the request. I choice Milgard for my second home. They understand the concept of customer service.

Alex Leone came out to our home to provide an incredibly thorough overview of the Pella line, and pointed out several options to help us cut costs on our overall window replacement project. We were considering the 450 and 850 series, and Alex answered my (many) detailed questions about the various Pella products without fail and was super responsive. If youre considering new or replacement windows, I would highly recommend Pella and working with Alex--he knows his stuff!

Love my Pella windows and slider! We were renovating a house and I wanted to add more natural lighting in the family room. I went to the showroom in Hayward and worked with Mackenzie. She helped me pick out some windows and a slider. When she later emailed the quote, I realized that I was over my budget and she was so kind to work with me and help me get the same look I wanted and still stay within our budget. The delivery was timely and professional. My contractors had no problem installing the windows and door and they look SO BEAUTIFUL! Im so happy with the quality of the windows and the slider is gorgeous! Its solid and sturdy and glides so nicely! My kids even commented on how much they love the door. I would highly recommend Pella in Haward and I will be going back when I do replacement windows on the rest of the house. Thank you!!

My new Architect Series Contemporary windows are amazing! Alex Leone was my design consultant and he was very pleasant to work with. His response time is quick, he made sure we were in compliance with all code requirements, and his design suggestions are professional. Dimitar and his install crew worked hard and did an awesome job as well! No problems with the recent rain. Overall very happy :)

Alex Leone, our Pella representative, was the most helpful and knowledgeable salesperson I have encountered in a long time. He thoroughly explained our options, and went into great detail. He took time to understand our needs and desires, and made well -thought-out suggestions. He is friendly and personable and took a lot of time with us. I give him the highest rating!

The windows in my house needed a lot of help. We had dry rot and no insulation because they were so old. The sales rep Alex Leone was on time and helped design the windows I had in mind.They were just installed and everything went smooth and as planned. Pella was not the cheapest option but I wanted a quality product, good customer service and overall value, and that is what I got. Very happy and definitely recommend!

Driver Randy called me on his way for delivery and gave me a better idea of when he would arrive at my home. He arrived when he said he would, enabling me to free up more of my day. Randy was very courteous and helpful with the unloading of 20 large windows. Randys service was top notch! John W.

Today Alex Leone came by to give us an estimate for a new sliding door. Pella was great to remind me of the appointment beforehand and Alex showed up on time, which is awesome, as most companies require a 2 to 4 hour window. I called Pella because I have one of their sliders already and they are great quality. Prices are a bit higher than I would like, but to a certain extent, you get what you pay for. Great working with Alex.

We recently ordered windows and a new door from Pella and had them installed. We had excellent customer service from our salesperson Alex Leone and scheduler Jeanne Nguyen. The installers did a great job and were faster than expected. They took all the old windows and door and left everything very clean. Really appreciate the excellent service and quality product. We love our new Pella door and windows! They look fantastic and we love the way they open and close so easily! This was the best investment weve made in our house.

Amazing costumer service!! My sales specialist was Mackenzie she was so helpful I had so many questions regarding my order for a solid wood sliding door. Mackenzie was so patient with me and she kindly answered ALL of my questions . When the door arrived my delivery driver Marvyn and he was also just as amazing!! He was so friendly and hilarious. He also helped me make sure the door was left in a safe location till the installation day... The door is now installed and it’s beautiful!! Thank you Mackenzie, Marvyn and Pella!

Cindy who coordinates deliveries is so helpful in taking care of customer requests and is always pleasant to deal with. Randy delivered this time and called to inform us of his delivery time and stayed in touch so we receive our delivery in-spite of excess traffic up and down our 1-lane road. Thank you, Pella!

After shopping around to replace an enormous 1950 picture window (120”x74”) and French double doors of the same era, I made a great decision by choosing Pella Windows. Alex Leone, the sales person arrived on schedule and was exceptionally professional and knowledgeable as he explained the pros and cons of the different window and door options. I found him to be friendly and frank, with no over-the-top sales slipperiness. I had already spoken to multiple vendors who could not replace such a large window, or if they could, the cost was upwards of $10k. In the end, I’m so happy that Alex was my sales person and had a solid understanding of the Pella products because the window and door I purchased look fabulous. Truly, the whole process was smooth... scheduling first appt, later appointment w an employee who made final measurements and then lastly, the professional install crew, Jorge, Alfonzo, Jorge #2 and a fourth gentleman I can’t recall his name were all outstanding and exceptional as well. I highly recommend Pella products and in particular this branch and staff.

I had a really hard time contacting a rep at Pella to begin with, I only stuck with it because I was trying to match other Pella windows in my house. That was the most frustrating part. Once I was set with rep Alex Leone, it was a breeze. He was was always available, if I had any questions. It took a while before I could have the windows installed, but the installers couldnt have been more courteous, quiet, and knowledgeable.

We just had Marvyn Hunting deliver windows for a job. He was happy, smiling, and cordial. It was good to deal with someone who actually knows what he is doing and understands customer service. Thank you.
