Purchased the Hot Toys Nebula from these guys on Amazon. Got the figure in 3 days and I live in Wisconsin ! Packaging was fantastic and no dents at all on the brown shipper. Figure was brand new. I usually purchase from Sideshow, EBay or Toys Wonderland but I’ll definitely be purchasing from these guys more often.Thanks again!!

I met the owner today nice guy told me he would have some products that I want and to look at the web site for anything else because they are a pick up and deliver company so please dont go there unless you are picking up purchased items online

Payed for 2 day shipping, its been almost a week since I ordered and havent gotten an email back about order or shipping refund, obviously dont care about the customer once they have your money. Not ordering from again.

One star too many for this shop. Double charged me for shipping and refused to refund. Items arrived damaged and refused to acknowledge or address my attempts to resolve the situation. They are arrogant thieves. Do not shop here because ultimately youll be scammed and ignored..

Went to do indoor shopping but the owner didnt want us there. Then ask the owner for price on neca figure he told me to look on the website. Places is cramped and owner is rude. Wont be coming back any time soon.

This place is great!! I came across it when I was in Castro valley and I bought a really cool Michael myers halloween mask for my son here. They are a collectible toy store mostly with a neat collection of toys that are hard to find and the guy that runs the place is really helpful and kind too! I will be coming back here to buy my next sideshow collectables toy for sure. The best!!!
