I needed to get all four of my tire pressure sensors replaced. I was quoted over $500 ELSEWHERE and called my girl friend to ask where she gets her car serviced. She recommended Mission Tire and I am so happy I went here. They were honest with their prices and services. I talked to Jonny the manager and agreed with his perspective on service and care. I will definitely be coming here again and start recommending this place for my car needs.

I payed 2/3 of the normal price, for 2 semi new tires, i was pleased by the service except for one minor detail the person who refered me to the said the tires must match if its a all wheel drive, butthe folks at mission said it does not matter, bit confused but satisfied.

Well I have a Subaru Outback all wheel drive vehicle with 18 wheels. I had a blow out while visiting relatives in Castro Valley Ca. No one even had 18 tires available for at least 2 days..... someone recommended calling them to see if they could help. They were able to get the tires in less than an hour and got me in as soon as I arrived. Thanks for everything Mission tire, you saved the day.

They did a great job on patching my tire, but destroyed the rubber wipers. Its impossible that both the rubber wipers were cut in half when I just used it the day before and it worked perfectly fine. No wonder these people wanted to change my rubber wipers, they know how to make money!

Great work, quick service, knowledgeable staff, and affordable. I go here to do much of my work, namely wheel and tire mounting and balancing. In and out in less than an hour. They even mark wheels for the position on the car, ie. right front, left front. This is for the balance of the wheel and/or the wear of the tire (assuming theyre used).Ive taken countless sets here for years and theyve always taken care of me properly.

I went to two Big O Tire locations and they tried to charge me a premium on my tires, I came to this place and they told me I only needed my tire patched. They showed me how to check and see if my tires need to be replaced, and I could see very clearly that my tires didnt need to be replaced for several months. They patched my tire for $25 when Big O Tires told me that my tire was not fixable, it saved me a ton of money and trouble and the service was excellent. Thank you so much Mission tires!

First visit, wont be my last. I called first they quickly confirmed inventory. I drove over, they were pretty busy but professional so they took care of the jobs quickly. Just make sure if you have a security bolt on your wheel to take the key with you. I had to search for it but luckily had it. Very happy with the service. Highly recommend it.

This place is friendly and efficient. I brought my own tires in for installation and am pleased with their services. They are a small family owned tire shop but get the job done right. Edgar is the owner’s nephew and helped me with my tires. He is very professional and kept his promise to his customers. I also noticed they sell used tires for customers who are on a budget. They charge a lot less than other nearby competitors and yet delivery outstanding quality service. Definitely I am very pleased with their services and would recommend anyone to go there. Mission Tire has continually helped me out with great and quick service. Rates for replacement tires (new/old) are very reasonable, esp for how quickly they get you in and out of the door. Ive only used their tire repair and/or replacement service but its been what Ive needed to keep my car moving time and time again.

Bought 4 new tires. $600+. Front Tires wore out after 6 months, bought 2 new ones. additional $200+, 2 months later one tire blew out after going over pot hole. they said this isnt covered under road hazard. What a joke. Just want you to spend more money for a new tire... UNBELIEVABLE !!

I dropped in around 4:30 pm needing newer tires for my car. There were a few other clients in the waiting area, so I assumed they wouldnt have time to help me. They quoted me a very reasonable price for a lightly used set of tires and we moved along with things.I paid, and drove away around 5:15 with an excellent set of tires. Just in time for a hail/rain storm and trip back to Oakland on 880N. I luckily picked a very reputable, family owned, business that set me up to get home safely. They werent cheap, but they were very inexpensive. He never tried to upsell me on anything. I also left with a very very reasonable quote on my brakes, which are in dire need of replacement.Perfect score 5/7 would recommend to anyone near south Hayward.

Love going to this place. Do you have a nail in your tire, that almost every other tire shop says you need to purchase some $3-400 tire for? No worries, just go to Mission Tire and theyll probably be able to patch it, and for only $25 dollars. So unless your tire is bald and in need of replacement, which this place has some great deals on tires as well, then make sure you check with them to see if they can patch it for you!

Could not ask for better service. Awesome deals as well. Johnny & JJ are awesome and good coordinators considering they have a lot regulars and clients.

I came here by recommendation, and it was definitely worth it. The parking lot and waiting area is small, but that was no worry since their service was quick. I needed to replace all four tires and I knew it was going to be expensive. Luckily they had used tires in stock and also just happened to have two different sets of tires for my car. The used tires look just as good as new tires, with almost the same amount of tread. Also the price I was quoted was the total price at the end, no hidden fees or mark ups. This business has my business.

I was referred by my car dealer to get new tires from this phony place. They told me it was going to take them 20 mins for installing new tires. 20 min pass by, still not done. I went out to check to see whats going on, it was still sitting there jacked up. 2 hours after, it was done. I checked my car all around before letting them bring it in for service. When I got my car back, there was a scratch on it. I confronted the customer representative about it, he simply replied, we didnt do it, without even consulting it with his coworkers! Seem fishy to me. Bad experience here, I shouldve trusted my instincts and went with Americas Tires. Be aware of this place, thumbs down👎 I will never recommend coming here.

I had them install 4 tires I purchased on tirerack and had an alignment. Service was excellent, the prices were reasonable, they were very friendly and were done in a reasonable amount of time. Certainly recommend these guys!

We got a flat tire on the way to Yosemite. They had our tire and suggested we replace another one (which we knew we should have replaced before). They were professional, courteous, and quick! We will be driving over here from now on.

Replaced 2 tires for me and gave me a free brake inspection. They were very friendly and patient with all my questions. When I need my brakes replaced I will be going back to them. They have a small waiting area and had hot coffee available.

Found a nail in my tired and heard this place was good, fast, and affordable. Pulled in, let them know what was wrong, and they said it would be done within an hour. It was done within the time frame while I had lunch at La vics down the street and once I went back it was done within 15 minutes of my return. A few days later my hubcap for the fixed wheel was gone, and so I called them and asked if it was in their workshop. It wasnt, but they confirmed my phone number from the file they had and let me know if anything popped up and sounded genuinely concerned that it was gone. While it sucks I dont have a hubcap anymore, they were so gracious about my inquiry it wouldnt stop me from going here again for my next tire service need. Good people.
