Itd be truer at a zero star.Very unprofessional.Front man couldnt give a flying one. Alignment guy floored my supposedly just aligned car out of the parking lot (with a driveway that is steeply dipped) for the test drive. I watched my car bounce out and speed down the street!Alignment felt like it wasnt even done, car still pulling to the side. So either by incompetence or the driveway bounce out, the job was a fail. Cant trust them to redo.I would feel more comfortable handing my keys and a wrench over to actual monkeys.

Rip off. Went for tune up, oil change etc. Went to pick up truck. They parked it across the street. I paid and went to my truck to find the air filter sitting in passenger seat. They said it didnt fit as if it was my problem. Had platinum sparks put in. Which they charged me for but they actually put in regular sparks plug. Total scam. Buyer beware. Check their work!

Cant say a whole lot of negative I havent experienced anything real negative everybody that works there is very pleasant the small things that I have had done oil changes Exedra have been fine places a little dirty but other than that you know its a mechanic shop what can I say

Not a long wait for oil change, nice and friendly workers. My tire was wobbling they found issue right away tightened barring and was good to go. Been a loyal customer for many years trusted them with all my vehicles

Terrible service went in for a thermostat change and got charged an arm an leg then when decided to go somewhere else the short lil mexican guy raged my fuse box and all my lights came on thank god i know the great mechanic TREN on blossom and meek land which help me get my car home which was almost 100 miles and for a great price...

Took my Ford Ranger in to this place in 2002 to have an oil change and my transmission oil changed they worked on my vehicle for over 2 hours telling me that they were having trouble finding the transmission filter finally got everything done went home and my oil light came on my truck went out and check my oil blackest tar and my truck needed over a quart so they never even got to the oil went back and they told me that they wouldnt give me my money back but that they give me a free oil change next time I came in well that never happened because the next day we went to Las Vegas and as I was driving up the mountain outside of Bakersfield I noticed somebody was smoking really bad and to my demise it was me at the top of the mountain I took it into another garage who found that they had put an extra quart of oil in my transmission and they are always running out an overflow onto my exhaust my truck would not go over 55 miles an hour and by the time I got to Las Vegas it had destroyed my engine and my transmission because they put too much oil in and blew out the seals between the two I ended up buying a new truck in Las Vegas the Ford dealership that I took it to told me that it would cost me $4,800 to have my engine and transmission rebuilt and it would take over 2 weeks to have it done thats why I had to buy a new truck stay away from this place they are not mechanics they do not know what theyre doing wish I would have documented this and sued their ass

RIP OFF I went in there to get one of their specials- just regular service that the advertisement said was $139 6cyl extra and a fuel injection service... it ended up being $453 and the guy was very rude! Come to find out their license has been revoked before and they have had to pay penalties for faulty work. DO NOT GO HERE
