I brought my car in because of the check engine light and everyone was so incredibly nice. I know next to nothing about cars and they made everything super easy for me to understand. The girl at the front desk kept me updated throughout the day and was so friendly. I feel like they went above and beyond to get my car finished asap for me. One of the best experiences Ive had with car repairs. I will definitely be coming back to them if I have any car problems in the future.

I bring all my cars here from oil changes to alignments. 3 of my cars get serviced here only because my 4th car has free maintenance still available. I’ve also recommended my neighbors to this shop. They will also show you what’s going on if you’d like. No extra unnecessary work will be done. You can be sure of it. Towing also available if needed.

Since October, I noticed my clutch was acting like it was going to be going out soon so i brought it in and TOLD JoJo EXACTLY that. When i get my bill Im Surprised to see that its lower than the clutch I researched. Anyway, he goes on and says he left the clutch but changed the slave cylinder only. Any decent mechanic knows that if you have to pull the transmission to get to the slave cylinder the logical thing to do is to change both. Instead, ONLY THE SLAVE CYLINDER WAS CHANGED. 2 Months later the CLUTCH WENT OUT COMPLETELY. (AS I PREVIOUSLY MENTIONED) SO NOW IM HAVING TO PAY TWICE FOR THE SAME LABOR. AND AFTER I GET IT BACK. IM FOLLOWING THE MECHANICS INSTRUCTIONS AND PROCEED TO DRIVE SOFT FOR MY NEW CLUTCH BREAK IN FOR (SUPPOSEDLY 500 MILES)... I DROVE MY CAR 4 MILES FROM THEIR SHOP AND SOMETHING ELSE BROKE.Now it turns out its the transmission bearing. Mind you, my transmission was replaced less than a year ago under same warranty but by PREMIER MOTORS AND UNDER THAT SAME WARRANTY IT TOOK PREMIER 4 MONTHS TO COMPLETE THAT TASK. BUT THEY FOLLOWED MY WARRANTY CONTRACT AND PROVIDED ME A LOANER CAR.NOT JB-AUTOMOTIVE. THEY HAVE HAD MY CAR FOR 5 MONTHS NOW AND GET BACK TO ME AS LITTLE AS POSSIBLE. AND NO LOANER CAR....FOR 5 MONTHS. DID THIS HAPPEN TO ANYONE ELSE BECAUSE THIS IS BEING REPORTED STRAIGHT TO THE BBB AND 7 ON YOUR SIDE.

I fully trust JoJos Team with all of my vehicles. The first time I came here, I thought my Audi needed a new turbo. I had a CEL for an under boosted turbo. Jojo was able to diagnose a rather small issue that fixed the code and my car boosted like new again. It turned out to be a bad diverter valve. It is very hard to come by an honest mechanic. I was thinking I had to do a $2k repair. Ended up being only a few hundred rather than a few thousand! Thanks again, you won a customer for life.
