I highly don’t recommend this place due to short temper of the owner. He thinks he’s the only one who got affected by pandemic FYI everyone is! His pricing is very tricky in other words unstable pricing. Stay away and find a better place to deal your tint windows somewhere else. Good luck!

I wish I can post 2 reviews since they worked on 2 vehicles One was the 2006 Lexus front windshield and the other was the 2005 Audi A4 passenger side window was not rolling. They were quick and provided the BEST EVER service but ran into some difficulties on Audi A4 for some reason but they were very perseverant and getting windows fixed. Excellent communication and they treat their customer very well.

Shout out to Miguel for brightening my day and letting me inside to sit while I wait for my new windshield. The guy doing the tints on the Mercedes is on point! He is just starting if Im here when he is done then ill show you his amazing work! Shout out to young guy who was super nice when I arrived too early. Thanks team! Naj and his crew were friendly and did a great job on my truck. I was in an out in a very quick manner. The best part was they hand the windshield I needed in stock. Other places I called all said they would have to order it. The quality of repair was great, I would recommend anyone to use them. And for any of my auto glass repairs or tinting I will definitely be coming back.

Great prices and customer service

The receptionist told me it would be 220 out the door. But still managed to tack on a 30 dollar fee for the gasket around the windshield. They did a decent job on the replacement but be prepared for extra hidden fees if there is a rubber seal around your window.Found several large shards of glass in the driver footwell.

This place is great. They are a new facility and are expanding. I needed a windshield replacement and they had it in stock, the price was great and very accommodating. They were able to squeeze me in that same day and their prices are really affordable and not overbearing. Im excited that they will be doing window tinting as well coming soon. I saw the finished product on one of their vehicles they had worked on and it looks great. Thanks again for helping me out that day. Sprinter van had a shattered windshield. Called and requested same-day service. Not only did they give me a time slot the same day at their shop, they offered to come out to me. Got the best price and timely service! If you need auto glass related service, this is your place.

Unfortunately it looks like my experience is way different then most reviewers but was consistent with some of the negative reviews.These folks came in the with the lowest bid for a windshield replacement but I was quickly reminded that you pay for what you get. They installed an aftermarket windshield from Benson. Once it was done I got in the car and everything looked distorted and the lines on the road were wavy. I called back and they said they would replace it with a warranty. So they come back and the installer asked what the problem was. I re explained the issue and he just walked away to his truck and got on his phone without saying anything. I waited 15 minutes while the installer is called the office, I have since called the office myself and was put on hold. The installer just took off and said he would be back later with out saying anything else. The company is very disorganized and uses cheap parts. I called back in to talk to someone and was told to send in pictures as the installer could not see any defects. At this point it felt like I was getting the runaround and was not willing to do anything else to clean up their mess because of how difficult it has been to work with these folks on top of that the person at the office told me you have to do what the f*** you have to do. It was obvious that I was stuck with this defective wind shield and was blown away how they could speak to a customer. I was just going to contact another business and have the defective windshield replaced and eat the cost.But then within a couple of hours later Naj who is the business owner called. He said that he will have the windshield replaced with a different installer. He also mentioned to reach out to him directly if there was any issues and wanted to make this right as he is a small business and his reputation means more to him than anything. I was surprised by this proactive approach by the owner and was very please he reached out with proposed resolution.So the second installer comes and the first thing says is whats the problem?!. Here we go again re explaining the issue but he installed it with no argument or resistance. Now the second wind shield has been installed. The new windshield does not seem to have any defects but the installer did a sloppy job and damaged my vehicle with out cleaning up all the debris from the job. There is a gash on one side by the windshield and some sort adhesive or glue slopped on the other side of the windshield. I did not notice at first because the installer covered it up with tape as you can see in the pictures which were discovered after I lifted the tape. I will also have to clean up all the glass shards from my dashboard that was left behind from the installer.I texted the pictures and explained the situation to Naj with no response but did hear back from him later in the day with a text from a different number asking me if everything was ok with second install. I let him know the about damage to the car and sent him the pictures but have yet to hear from him. I do think Naj cares about his customers and means well but obviously not the installers or some of his employees who handle the phones.As another reviewer put it you are better off taking your car into a physical shop to get these types of things done. We took our Prius to physical shop and did not run into any of these issues or hassles and will be out the money on this windshield on top of the damage to my car. This is the worst case scenario and one of the worst experiences Ive had with any business.Do yourself a favor and and pay the extra money to work with another business in a physical shop to avoid the hassle and stress! I hope no one has to deal with what I did.

New to tinting. Massive bubble on tints asked for same tint all around and they had placed different shaded on each window. I was so disappointed with their fix on the second job that I preferred to pay extra at another shop.

They were really fast and did a great job... They gave me a range of 9A-11A and showed up at 9:01A. The whole process took less than 20 minutes for a rear quarter window right in my driveway! And they came in at the exact same price as 2 other shops that I would have had to actually go to! Although I hope to not have to use them again, I will gladly do so... Thanks guys!

Called AGF and arranged to have my windshield replaced. I gave them the make, model and year of the car and informed them that the windshield did not have a rain sensor. They told me that they would check everything when they arrived to make sure that they installed the correct windshield. During installation, the technician informed me that the wipers required an “adjustment.” When the job was completed, they said they needed a special part to reattach the rearview mirror. The following day, another technician arrived, inspected the car and informed me that they had installed the wrong windshield. A week later the same team showed up again and installed the correct windshield and mirror. Two days later, I tried to use the windshield wipers and found they would not work. I inspected them and found that they had been left crossed. I uncrossed them by lifting one over the other and they still would not work. I contacted AGF and they sent out a technician to fix the problem. After working for almost two hours, he left. They sent a second technician and he could not fix the problem. He tried to blame it on “battery corrosion,” even though every other electrical component worked perfectly. When I discussed this with the manager, Alex A., he attempted to blame ME for the problem. I took my car to two different mechanics and they both stated that the crossed wipers indicated improper reinstallation and this had probably damaged one or both wiper motors. I eventually had this repaired and the mechanic found that both wiper motors had been burned out. The repairs cost $602.00. I filed a complaint with the BBB and AGF ignored it. Now, I have to take legal action.

Had a peeling Tint, went to have it fixed they replaced it right on the spot.

Upon calling Auto Glass Force for an estimate on repairing my driver side window(which had been shattered by an attempted theft.) He informed me that his warehouse vendor would be closing in five minutes. (The time was 12:55pm.) I told him I would like to call a couple of other places, he said that would be fine and that he would go and pick up the window, should I call back. After a few minutes, I called him back and he had already went and picked it up. In less than an hour, the repair was completed. He walked me to my car to be sure I was happy with the repair job. I was especially happy that I no longer heard glass rumbling inside the door and that I had a window, which rolled up and down perfectly. He and his employees were all very polite and hardworking. He made me feel at ease, especially during this Covid-19 Pandemic. The price he quoted me was the price he charged me. And what a great price it was. Already my recommendation has led to my significant other wanting to have two chips in his windshield repaired. Will continue to give them great reviews and recommendations to my family and friends. I had the pleasure of experiencing a smash and grab while visiting SF. I sent 3 online quote requests on a Saturday to different window repair places in Hayward. Auto Glass Force is a) the only one who responded and b) offered an incredibly affordable price. They set up an appointment ASAP and were punctual, professional, and speedy. The convenience of having them come to me is priceless. Hopefully I wont need them again, but if I do Im glad to know I can count on them.

Windows got busted in Friday night (January 31st, 2020), gave them a call Saturday morning (February 1st, 2020), one of the only shops open that day. Talked to Alex on the phone, stayed consistent with me throughout the whole process beginning to end. Super glad they were able to get us in and taken care of quickly. After i had my car broken into last night, i was worried sick about the time and cost id have to spend replacing the window. Having the need to urgently have my wife auto glass repaired done. The team at Auto Glass Force made this experience nothing short of excellent. Being at work on Sunday and having another fellow worker, work weekends and understanding the suffering that comes with it made this experience personal as well. The most professional services ever! Had a car break in on Sunday at 1AM and got my window replaced by 9:30AM Monday morning! They gave me a 8-10 AM window and started at 9AM and finished by 9:30AM be sure to have an available outlet so they can thoroughly vacuum all the glass. 👏🏾

Had a wonderful experience with Auto Glass force. Very professional and very good pricing compared to the other glass companies I contacted in Fremont. They worked on my front windshield for my 2015 Nissan Altima and did a great job. The best thing about Auto glass force is their convenience. Their mobile service team came out to my work and replaced my windshield; They surely turned my bad day around with their great customer service. I highly recommend using them.

In my neighborhood, there were 4 cars broken in to. Auto Glass Force tech was working here on Tennyson road. I asked him for a quote, gave me their office shop number. The price was competitive, the glass was dropped of by the manager to John. My car glass was replaced within 40 mins. They tech was nice and professional. They are definitely the fast response mobile auto glass service.

Auto glass force came out to my work and provided mobile car glass service. My car side window was broken in to in the Sf. The same day I had my glass replaced, vacuumed, and did a complimentary windshield chip repair. I was impressed with their professionalism and fast service.

I had a chip in my windshield. They were able to come to my house once I was available and fix it. The guy on the phone and the guy that came to my house were both cordial. The one problem was about the time window. They didnt show up during it. I called them and they said they called me, but I didnt receive any calls. However they apologized and came soon after to do the job.

Nation Auto Glass 4 Less came out to my work with mobile auto glass service and replaced my door glass the same day I had my car vandalized. The price was fair, the tech arrived during the estimate window, cleaned up all shrapnel glass and installed a brand new window. I would definitely use this auto glass shop in Fremont for my windshield needs.

My work van Ford Transit 250 door glass got vandalized. I didnt want to leave my van full of tools without a window. Called my insurance company but their preferred shop wasnt able to replace my car glass for a week. I called Auto Glass Force in Hayward, they were quick to give me a quote and were able to come out to my house with free mobile car glass service. There was a lot of mess, my floors and seats were full of shattered glass shrapnels. Auto glass force tech vacuum all the glass and installed a brand new glass with in 45 mins. Very profession service, fast & reliable and very reasonable pricing. I would definitely recommend this car glass shop to family and friends. Thanks a lot.

Would give it no stars if i had the option!!!!! I called them on 03/20/19 to replace both my front windshield and a small triangle sized window that is located on the left passenger side behind the driver seat. I was very specific about the location of the small triangle window and even mentioned it 2 times to the person Im now presuming is the BOSS so when the window specialist arrived some 4hrs after placing my call with the wrong side window he proceeded to call his boss to come over to my apt complex to show him the error, once the boss arrived he proceeded to yell at me asking me why I gave him the wrong info of the window that he doesnt ever make mistakes that he has no room to make mistakes and that it was all my fault after calming him down he proceeded to tell me he would get the right side mirror and come back on 03/21/19 to replace. well here we are 03/21/19 Ive been trying to reach nation auto glass since 1pm to get an update on my replacement window with no lock all my calls kept getting forwarded to a voicemail finally at about 2:30PM I. got threw to them they said I would get a call within 15 minutes for an eta it is now 5pm and Ive received a call saying that the window tech has broken my small triangle window and they wont be able to come to me until 03/22/19 thats if nothing els happens. WORST SERVICE EVER!!! STAY AWAY NEVER EVER AM I GOING TO USE THEIR SERVICE AND I SUGGEST YOU GUYS LOOK ELS WHERE FOR YOUR CAR WINDOW NEEDS. UNPROFESSIONAL,RUDE, SERVICE IS ALL YOU WILL FIND HERE

My car glass got vandalized and I called my insurance company. Aaa insurance referred me to their shop, sad elite. I had a $250 deductible and they wanted me to wait 3 days without a window in my car. Auto glass force replaced my Corolla window the same day I called. The price was $175.00 and $75 less than ripoffsafelite. Mobile service was Very convenient, fast, and professional. They did a free complimentary windshield chip repair with replacement.

After I googled for the information and read all the reviews. I decided to go with them. I think they are very efficient and the price is very good. I mean really good! The worksmanship is decent but the rubber seals being used will be the original unless you pay for the cost of replacing one. For my Matrix 2003, I ssay I am quite pleased after they finish the work. I do wish I have more money so I can pay for better components and parts.
