Didn’t put car logo back on car, said that wasn’t part of quote, but all other cars painted everything is put back on car make and brand lettering. Had white paint sprayed on tire and inside of wheel well said that was normal. I would of put up more of a complaint but the car was 3 days late in being complete when they already had it for 2 weeks. I couldn’t be without the car through the weekend. Wouldn’t never recommend, paid $2100 so those two items I would expect to be fixed or completed.

Great experience at this location! Front desk staff were friendly and professional throughout the whole experience, answering all my questions and communicating effectively throughout the whole process. The work itself was great quality for the price - got my whole car painted and some rust fixed. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for good, affordable body work.

My boyfriend took his truck here and they literally got paint EVERYWHERE. Even on the inside of the cab, on the seats, on the door controls. We even found a piece of sand paper inside the engine. If we didn’t find that it could have done SO MUCH damage. Dissatisfied with the job but they made it right at the end of the day. Do your research people.

Brought my old truck in for a paint job and Maaco did a great job! I am super pleased with the results. Orlando was great to work with. He explained everything well and answered all my questions. The work was done on time. I have highly recommended two people already to go see Orlando. The only down side, is that I dont (and I cannot believe I dont) have a before picture of my truck, so people can really see what a great job they did.

I purchased a Groupon for Headlight Restoration at Maaco Collision Repair and Auto Painting. Roberto is very professional and helpful with my questions and scheduling. The service is excellent. They spray cleaning solutions before enter the car, and done within 20 minutes. Very happy with the outcome. My headlights now looks new and better.Kim Hoang

They say they paint cars for 300.$ but they dont.its 1200 and thats when your car is already primered and ready to be painted.

Wish I could give even more stars. The staff is very friendly! I took my car in to get a paint job as I had a lot of sun damage. They really went above and beyond, its like I have a whole new car! They even got my headlights clear! and they were able to get this stubborn tape off my window that was bothering me for years. I think they even cleaned the inside a bit. The price was extremely affordable! They had my car done in about 4-5 business days. Highly recommend!!

We had our son’s car painted with a different color, from brown to black and it turned out beautifully. At the time of estimate, Orlando said that it would show the dents and scratches of the car more if painted with a darker color but when it was done, it is spectacular! It looks brand new. I was running a little behind after going to the wrong location but my appointment was still good to go 10 minutes late. Orlando was very punctual and got right to my vehicle. Less than half an hour later, my headlights looked the best Ive ever seen them. Thanks to the wait staff, very welcoming with coffee. Great value, would definitely come back again!

This helped a great deal as I was very busy. The car was nicely painted and was up to my expectations. I have already recommended Maaco to the taxi driver that took me to BART, and a few friends. I was also thrilled by your price because I compared it to San Francisco prices. You have them beat hands down!

David and his team are THE BEST they fixed my 2018 Dodge Ram 1500 a day early and it was so perfect that I could not tell anything ever happened. On 9/30 brought my Dodge Dakota w/ camper shell for a paintquote .The employee looked over the vehicle quickly and quoteda price of $2300.00 dollars.No price was quoted for removingand replacing the shell or repairing a small dent in R/F fender.Another two adders that should have been addressed at thattime.Maybe the TV adds of $499.00 would paint a Tonka Truck.Another question?What are the guarantees on the paint job?Carlton Hayez

I had a fantastic experience with this Maaco. I had never worked with a Maaco before. When I dropped off my truck, the manager happened to be going the same direction as I was going, so he dropped me off on the way! This saved me getting a ride or uber back to town. It took about 10 days to get the truck completed, because they wanted to make absolutely sure it was done correctly. I was happily surprised how well it came out even though I got the entry level paint job. My full sized truck looks brand new now, and I will definitely come here if I need any future auto painting done.

Got the Groupon for the headlight restoration and it turned out great! Arrived about 1 min before my 9am appointment and there was no lag time...they were ready to rock & roll. My only actual interaction was with the receptionist, but the service I received from her was excellent! The guys were quick to come out & bring my car to the back. Before I knew it, the receptionist (wish I got her name) had already redeemed my Groupon & was handing me my keys. For $26 & 20 min, I could NOT be happier. My headlights look incredible, so mad props to the paint guy(s) too! Thanks Maaco Hayward crew!!

Absolutely the worst. My lights after they were done refinishing look just as bad as when I dropped them off. No difference. The process took 15 minutes to refinish them and it shows. They were not that bad to begin with I just wanted them better looking. Macco is not the place to get your headlights refinished.Please take your car somewhere else. You will thank me later. You will be wasting time and money taking it here.

Maaco did a fantastic job on my 2002 Camry LE. It looks brand new and it has 214,000 miles on it. Its like I just drove off the showroom floor!

I went in to have my headlight lenses cleaned up. They were in better shape when I left, but the guy took no more than 15 or 20 minutes to do it and they were not in nearly as good a shape as the previous time I had had them done with another company.

I had my car to be painted and these guys did not put back a metal sticker my car had. When I asked for it, the guy in charge said he could not find it. Not even offered me any kind of further help. He said “there is NOTHING we can do”. For a customer...there is something companies can do...come on, no customers, no company.

First stopped by the place next door and they quoted me 1/3 cheaper but couldn’t take me for 2 days. Stopped by this place bc wanted same day fixing, and negotiated to the price set next door at Greg’s. (Flag 1 overquote)Brought my car in to replace a headlight assembly. Pretty sure in the process of replacing they broke how the blinker was held in, as the next day my blinker came out while driving, luckily it was still attached to the car but by the lights cord. (Imagine if I was driving 85mph and the blinker flew off and hit a motorcyclist or someone’s windshield!) (flag 2 breaks other things while fixing flag 3 creates unsafe driving conditions) the guy at the front desk assured me it was fine so I drove off.Stopped by to have them reinforce my blinker to make sure it stays in. Before taking it on the highway I decided to play w it a little to ensure it could withstand speed. Well, it def couldn’t because w barely any force it came off and it seems they tried to hold it together with double sided tape. (flag 3, morons )Went back bc I need to take the highway home, so it needed to be reinforced w something. The front desk man said he didn’t know it was held w tape and now it’s clipped in.(Flag 4, false hope morons overseeing morons)I’m going elsewhere tomorrow where I’m going to ensure it’s fine, if it’s not I’m having my bank dispute the money to fix the headlight.Unless you want an overquoted job where they’re create more problems and unsafe driving conditions, I suggest not using this place.Double sided tape... SMH.

Absolutely Over Priced and Terrible paint job. There are bubles, over spray (from running paint) and areas where they completely missed. They never called me when the job was done and the way they stored my parts did damage to them.Stay away.
