I scuffed up the driver side of my shiny new black truck only a few months into ownership. The professionals at Grand took care of my machine and restored one of the damaged wheels, and the micro-flake black paint to factory new condition. Wheel restoration work was eye-popping. No swirl marks at all. Absolutely amazing work. Great communication and coverage of insurance and repair details from the service writer. Ive taken 12 different cars to 7 different body shops, during my driving career. This shop ranks in my top 3 for quality of work, and great service.

My vehicle was hit while parked and luckily the driver was honest to admit his faults. So, I picked this auto body collision place from a the list of referred places for repairs. When my husband and I arrived, the owners was very professional and friendly and gave us an estimate which took just a few minutes.When I dropped my car off for repairs the owner advised us when the repairs would be completed and I requested some other minor scratches on my car, which they took care of as well. When I saw my car the paint match was fire. Repairs where done a day early, which I was surprised.My husband was really impressed with the work that did he wants to do some touch ups on his car and will be using Grand Collision Center in Hayward.I would recommend people I know to take their vehicles to this place for auto body repairs. Had a great experience.
