Took my car in after being scraped by another vehicle. The inspection was very fast! They also had a lot of availability time so I didn’t have to wait long to schedule an appointment for my vehicle. My vehicle was ready to picked up after a few days, super fast and efficient. My front bumper looks just as new! I couldn’t even tell. Thank you for the great work!P.S. Provide quick, efficient service to locate and install a new catalytic converter that was stolen from my vehicle. Very communicative during the process, very friendly, and pick was punctual and smooth. Also took the liberty to give her a wash down!

They replaced my car’s front bumper and wiper fluid tank, cleaned and polished my car. They did a very good job. Bernadette and Eva are very nice, good and professional in doing their job. This place is not very professional as they fed info to my insurance that was not acueste before even fixing any issues. They never contacted us directly. Not happy with them as our car got totaled thanks to them. I definitely do not recommend them. Not ethical at all.

Carstar Hayward collision repaired my vehicle well. It was a challenging task. Quite some body shops I visited either couldnt undertake it or proposed unsatisfing solution. However Carstar Hayward returned my car back to the factory condition. German and Eva, so customer oriented, were great to work with.

The women receptionist is rude to make assumptions and pushy.

My 2019 Ford Fusion Titanium Hybrid was involved in a minor fender bender accident. My insurance AAA sent me here because is their prefer vendor . They broke my back window they were really nice but it took them over a week to repair. Once the raining season came my truck was getting all wet is ruined . I made several attempts to fix it with the directly buy until today my truck keeps getting wet.

Best auto shop I have ever seen! My windshield trim popped out and I went there hoping to fix it. Of course I expected to pay even if when they told me that they were only gonna glue it back for now. Bob and Paul helped me and they did it for me for Free! When I asked them how much they said nah we will take care of you. They also told me how much the part is and how much labor is in case I do decide to change parts. Super honest and friendly! Will go back!
